All here was good until I phoned to reschedule an appt. that was 3 hrs outside of the 24hr cancellation. They were extremely quick to advise me that I was now responsible for a 20.00 fee. This is of course after having to provide a reason for rescheduling which apparently was not a good enough. I did go on to remind the phone person about when they had cancelled an appt on me due to a sick therapist outside of the 24 hr window. I dont recall receiving a 20.00 discount or refund. With that, I cancelled all future appointments and will be seeking a more compassionate physical therapy establishment. NOTE: they are nice and will gladly accept your money until you have a problem. Then, they expect more $$. You should learn to be nice to your repeat clients. Word of mouth goes a long way! Ill never go back!

Outstanding physical therapists and massage therapists! I found Paradigm several years ago when I needed rehab after surgery for a torn achilles tendon. Im an avid runner and it was important to me that I get back to 100%. I sure did with their help, and fast forward a few years to another significant injury, same leg, this time a badly broken ankle. Same drill...outstanding PT and I got back to 100% again. Ive been going to Paradigm for all of my massage needs as well, which helps me stay ahead of the aging curve :) Great place, great people who truly care and go the extra miles for you.

The therapists are very attentive, provide the information needed to practice at home, and have many options to personalize your program. The massage therapists are great! You can even do full massages without it being part of a specific PT need. They work well with your insurance company.

This office is amazing! Gorgeous office, extremely friendly staff. It has everything from physical therapy to massage to pilates. Anything you need, this office has it. And you get superior care every time. I will recommend this office to everybody!

Laura did a great job setting me up with leg exercises to strengthen the knee and get me moving faster again. Appointment starts promptly and its 30 minutes of work. Sent me home with a band and clear outline of work to be done between sessions.

Amazing personalized care by knowledgeable staff. I was able to return to hiking and skiing without pain. I now know what exercises to do to keep me from re injuring myself. I definitely recommend Paradigm without a doubt!
