I cant thank both Josh and Casey enough. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during my post op sessions. I had torn my ACL and needed a great team for my rehab. I also had some range of motion complications pre-op that persisted after surgery. They both were more than willing to explain to me what was going on with my knee, what they planned to do about it and how I could continue to work on it at home. They take a very personal approach to their patients so that they get a better understanding of what you have going on outside of each session. I had my surgery during a very chaotic change in my life including a switch in jobs and insurance. Both Josh and Casey understood that I was anxious about the switch and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get the most out of my sessions. Kat was also tremendously helpful in getting me scheduled, securing necessary paperwork and making me feel welcome from my first step in the door. Therapydia Denver has a great team and I have been telling everyone who will listen that they are the best! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, it is by far the best medical experience I have ever had here in Colorado.

After sustaining a traumatic Left knee injury in late December 2015 and undergoing acl reconstruction surgery in February.. I was left feeling overwhelmed with a long road to recovery and underwhelmed with preop PT at another Denver metro clinic that my surgeon had recommended. I decided to do some research and find a Physical Therapist that better suited my needs.. And thats when I discovered Therapydia of Denver. I am currently under the care of their Clinic Director (Casey, MSPT). Prior to beginning therapy, I had much atrophy, stiffness, pain, and deficits in ROM. Casey developed a treatment plan and within just one week I have gone from having difficulty ambulating and needing much assistance with basic ADLs .. to walking with minimal assistance and light biking/leg presses. Casey is incredibly intelligent, current, creative, and informative. I do not worry because I know I am in the hands of an excellent Physical Therapist and am hopeful in my healing/rehabilitation. I whole-heartedly recommend TherapyDia of Denver and their therapists.. They are second to none.

Working with Josh Hardy, DPT at Therapydia Denver has been great for identifying root causes and figuring out some lingering pain issues including sciatic pain and migraines. He approaches my treatment with great care and kindness. Im impressed that hes not only considered my opinion for his treatment plan, but he consistently checks in to make sure I am still pleased with the trajectory of progress. His dry needling work is well done and safe. He is professional, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to educate me to help prevent further or new injury. I feel you can always trust someone who seems to be working to put themselves out of a job. Ive tried a variety of options to help alleviate my migraines and thus far, the dry needling Dr. Josh Hardy has done for me is by far the most successful. I never would have guessed that physical therapy could have been a game changer or my sciatic pain or migraine. There is a reason this clinic has a 5-star rating.

Therapydia has been a crucial part to improvement in my personal health problems when compared with previous physical therapy offices in the area. Dry needling is a specialty here and it has improved my mobility and pain level immensely! Hours are flexible and include Saturdays to its easy to find time before or after work to come in. I felt like I learned a lot about my condition and its progression with periodic gait analysis and fitness testing. Casey is very committed to continuing his education and practice of physical therapy and often references new research, techniques, and blogs during our sessions. Unlike majority of physical therapy practices, here you are just working one-on-one with Casey for 45 minutes each session without having to compete with other scheduled patients for the providers time.

I couldnt have asked for a better PT experience than getting to work with Casey! I tore my ACL skiing late last February (2013) and didnt know what to expect. As someone who rarely takes a day off from competitive sports and strength training, I was bummed that this could keep me out for a few months. Post-surgery, Casey put together a stellar rehab program that had me back in the gym and playing sports quickly. He knew exactly what kind of strength training would help me rebound from my injury. He also reminded me that being diligent about rehab and the necessary healing time would help me prevent future injuries moving forward - something that was super helpful for me to hear. Ive given Caseys name to friends, coworkers and family, and I will continue to recommend him and Therapydia!

I went to Therapydia after spending about 4 weeks in a boot as a result of a badly sprained ankle. Casey and Lisa treated me great! I went in once a week after work and went through a range of exercises. The variety of exercises were great and the difficulty increased as needed. Casey monitored my overall improvement and gave me a few rounds of dry needling. My calf was crazy tight and Lisa went right after. After about 2 months I was back on the basketball court and hiking trails. The space is always kept clean. There are three rooms where private examinations or more personal conversations can take place as well as a common area where this is enough room for athletic movements. The whole team from receptionist to PT was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Casey has been excellent through the diagnosis of my injury, explaining how the muscle groups work and how they can affect my condition, and in providing a treatment plan and exercise program. I particularly appreciate how thorough he has been at every visit and in documenting my prognosis in his notes which he then uses for reference in following visits. In addition to the excellent care I have received, I truly appreciate the personalized home exercise program (complete with videos, images, and a description of the exercises) emailed to me after each visit. Having visited many chiropractors and physical therapists in the Denver area, I can say that Therapydia has provided the best experience and, most importantly, results

I was extremely pleased with everything about my experience at TherapyDIA Denver. I have some complicated medical issues related to arthritis and my musculature, and Casey was superb in absorbing this information and integrating it into my treatment plan. He treated my sprained rotator cuff through a variety of techniques, all of which proved very beneficial. Casey even reached out to my personal trainer to provide information as to how I could adapt exercises during my recovery period. I recovered from the injury quicker than I expected because of Caseys prowess and knowledge. Fingers crossed - no more injuries for me - but if they do occur, I know where to go to get back in action!

Josh worked with me for a few months to help with shoulder, back, and finger pain I was experiencing from climbing. Climbing is a HUGE part of my life, and for about two years, I was experiencing pain that nobody was able to help me fix. When I came to Josh, he came up with an awesome and thorough treatment plan that included PT exercises and dry needling. He knew that climbing was important to me, and he made sure to help me figure out how to keep climbing through my injury in a safe way. I havent had pain in about three months now, and Im back to climbing at my strength level before injury. I am forever grateful for Josh and his hard work and expertise. Hes the best!!
