I have had 8 surgeries over the past 10 years in both the military and private sectors. I have had an equal amount of physical therapy following each of those operations. Recently I underwent a r-knee Fulkerson Osteotomy and prescribed p-therapy. My surgeon highly recommended Action Potential and considering the quality care I received from him I didnt hesitate to schedule my first appt. I have only been once thus far since I had surgery less than a week ago but this was my first impression. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I was treated like family and the staff was very attentive to my pain levels, mobility, and answered every question I had. To be honest this is the first physical therapist I have ever been comfortable around and made me feel optimistic about my treatment plan. I highly recommend this specific office and look forward to being active again with my family. ~Dr. Andrew Larrison

Alex and Scott are awesome they make the experience fun. Best time in PT ever. Joe the owner is very knowledgeable, and most of the time very friendly. The two front desk people are on a negative -100 they lye do not tell you the truth about insurance etc. I highly recommend that you avoid this place lake the plague. Great people but terrible customer service at front desk/ They had font desk call to fire me and my wife with no reason and Joe was not man enough to call himself. I hate the other Action Potential 5 office in town and they are owned by an other person . now I have to find another. Just FYI

I was referred to Action Potential for pain in my foot and lower back. During my first appointment with them, Joe told me that the issues I was having was not in my back but in my hip. He contacted my dr and I was sent out for a MRI and sure enough that was the issue. I wish I would have met him 6 years ago when the pain first started! Highly recommend Joe due to his knowledge and care!
