I caution anyone against taking their child here for services. If you have a legitimate gripe, you will be dismissed with the patronizing "I know better than anyone b/c you are just overly emotional, stupid parent" voice of the management. We have no reason to have negativity towards anyone there. Our emotional response is based entirely on the unprofessionalism we experienced. We experienced an event that was objectively unprofessional and made us question the care being provided. The director didnt feel it necessary to return my calls until a week after the event. From the outset of the call, she used this phony calm voice and was condescending. She told me she supports her staff and what the staff member in question did "was completely appropriate." I assure you it was not. She refused to acknowledge that anything negative occurred and accused us of using emotion to cloud our objectivity. Not realizing that our emotion stemmed from the unprofessional behavior. And then she claimed she was basing her conclusion, in part, off the story of another employee who was not present when the event occurred. So, yes, the director felt an employees lack of knowledge supported the version of the events given by the staff member in quesiton and discounted ours.) She truly refused to acknowledge that our concerns had any validity. She did the ol, "Im so sorry ---- so sorry you feel that way. But youre wrong" line. We have no reason to lie. The whole premise of the joint is supposedly to grow each individual childs wisdom or something similar. So long as the individual child isnt too annoying to the staff.

AVOID Amaryllis Therapy Network. Amaryllis Therapy Network plays fast and loose with patient confidentiality and professionalism, in my opinion. And we believe the owner of Amaryllis Therapy Network has outright lied about our concerns on more than one occasion, including her assertion in response to my wifes negative online reviews that she will meet with us to discuss our concerns. The owner of Amaryllis Therapy Network has not returned any of my direct requests to speak with her, and all of my requests pre-dated her online assertions that she will. If you have a legitimate concern with the care provided at Amaryllis Therapy Network, expect to get absolutely no acknowledgement or support from the owner.

After hearing amazing things about this company, I drove through downtown Denver during rush hour every Wednesday, never missing a therapy session. Unfortunately, when I had a trip come up and I cancelled 30 hours in advance, they reminded me that I signed a policy that said I would give 48 hours advanced notice. They treated me like a robot in the system and were not willing to make any concessions. It seems Amaryllis has gone the way of running what is supposed to be a personal therapy experience to running it like a corporation. Im a Denver area SLP as well and was referred to them by another SLP. They will NOT be getting any more referrals from me, or those I know. Seriously disappointed.

If you are struggling to find answers for your baby or childs circumstances/difficulties, go to Cindy and the team at Amaryllis Therapy Network! After weeks of seeing my baby in a constant state of tension and crying every 20 minutes, we began weekly occupational therapy sessions. A couple of days after our daughters first session we immediately saw a difference in her body and temperament. At every session, we were met with kindness, thorough explanations and most of all hope that things would get better. And they have! After a few months of treatment, our daughter is now joyfully crawling around and exploring her world with curiosity and the biggest smile.

To Kelly R: If you are responsible for the fact that my child will no longer be able to receive the help from the OT that he loves and calls his "hero," shame on you. You have just broken a small boys heart. Its unfortunate that you had a bad experience, but your aggressive and emotional response has harmed other people. If you did not like the owner of this company or the care from your childs OT, leave and find someone else. Many of us have children who thrive under their care.

Cindy and Jen were exceptional in providing craniosacral therapy care for my newborn baby girl as we worked on nursing challenges. We saw incredible improvements in nursing the month before her tongue release procedure, and after the procedure Im sure the easy transition to successful nursing was aided by the therapy they provided. I appreciated the way they put both my baby and me at ease, listened with focus and concern, and provided excellent care.

The staff is wonderful at Amaryllis Therapy Network. Everyone is kind and caring. We are seeing amazing results with our son. He can’t wait every week to go “play” in the gym. He doesn’t realize it is therapy because he is having so much fun. We can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for our family.

I am beyond pleased with Amaryllis and my 5 year olds progress in just a few months. All of the staff are pleasant, respectful, safe, and the environment is very child friendly. We especially love Andrea and Laura.

I have seen a huge improvement already with my daughters balance, pottying, and auditory issues. Her therapist is great with my daughter, has an excellent rapport, answers questions and addresses concerns.
