I received great customer service, and the optometrist was very personal and was willing to answer all my questions. I take the entire family there every year when our vision benefits renew, and I plan on continuing to go indefinitely. I received much more personable service than I have in the past at the chain businesses.

The doctor is great but the office staff is deplorable. Ive gotten better customer service at Walmart and that is unacceptable, especially after having been a patient for over 7 years. After THEIR mistake I was treated as though I was the idiot and it was my fault. Will never go back again, and I am very sad to say that.

They always remember me when I come in. I have had multiple surgeries on my eyes including corneal transplants over 30 years ago. My vision is hard to correct - They take the time to get it right. I am very happy!
