Ive always had a great experience with Emily Baker and her staff and rather pay to come to her when my insurance doesnt apply. Never once in the 8 years of coming to her has she ever been dismissive or pushy, even if Ive missed a few years between my exams when she has surely forgotten me. I even had sensitivity issues with contacts and she would give me a test pair (more than once) to sample rather than demanding I pay for something that may not work for me. I suggest everyone to her if theyre looking for someone new to be their eye doctor and encourage them not to judge just because shes located in a Walmart facility.

I was in an emergency situation where I couldnt see out of my contacts before a large corporate photoshoot and the doctor and reception provided me with a pair of contacts immediately with no hesitation. Thank you so much for the great customer service! I will definitely go to Dr. Baker for my next eye exam.

My eye exam here was quick and all of my questions were answered. I also had an issue with some eyeglasses I bought next door, and I brought them to Dr. Bakers clinic, and she took the time to check them and make sure the prescription was accurate. Good service at this clinic, and I recommend Dr. Baker.
