Easy to make appointment. Very friendly and prompt in taking care of me, explained new tech well, Doc Jackson always takes the time needed to explain results and whats happening and why, and the rest of the staff is absolutely professional and great at helping you choose both frames, lenses, and which of the million or so lens options would work best for you. They even understood and explained my vision insurance plan to me and i even understand that now! I arrived about 5 minutes early and for the next two hours felt i was the only patient there (i was not of course!) When i left i felt very good about the exam, the results, and the glasses and lenses i ordered. (I cant wait to get them in and one more point, i know if there is even the slightest problem with them, it will be taken care of quickly with no additional cost or problems.) I know i could go to a mall optical store closer to my home, but i do not know if i could ever get the quality, professional and personal service so reliably every time, that i get at TMV. I have no desire to find out either. When something works well, stick with it. TMV works exceptionally well for me.

I rarely review businesses but had to make an exception after receiving such great service here. Starting with Dr. Peterson who is a cheerful and personable professional. She managed to pair me with the best eye contacts I have yet to wear. It took about 4 different trials, but she patiently worked with me until we found the right ones. Until now contacts were an annoyance that was worth it for certain activities, but now the annoyance is gone. The brand of contacts I went with is not regularly carried by this store, but she ordered a trial just for me. When I applied for the rebate that this contacts are eligible for, I was declined. Lucky me Hanna, the office manager, was very willing to help. She called the rebate center and I have received the rebate as promised. Its unusual to get such an exceptional service after I already paid and received the goods, but Hanna was truly great. Needless to say, I highly recommend going to Table Mountain Vision.

Table Mountain Vision is a *perfect* place for eye care. Everyone in the office is personable, friendly and welcoming. We love the small town type atmosphere where they are truly happy to see you and very warm. Dr. Kelley Jackson Condon has been trusted with our young daughters eye care and that is saying ALOT since we are very picky to only supply the best for our daughter. Dr. Jackson Condon remember our daughters eye history from year to year and is superb in her ability to relate to a young child to get the most information from her for the best appointment possible. Our whole family goes to Table Mountain Vision and will as long as they are around. Great place - great people - great eye care - very happy!

I could not be more pleased with the service and care provided by Dr. Jackson and her staff. Ive been wearing corrective lenses since I was a child, and it has been a long while since Ive had such a thorough exam and experienced such helpful and courteous staff. I made an appointment online and was seen promptly at my appointed time. Dr. Jackson conducted my exam, fit me for contact lenses, and her opticians assisted me with new glasses in record time. Overall, my first visit to TMV was an incredibly positive one... they are definitely my new home for vision care!

I would recommend Table Mountain Vision to anyone!! I had ordered safety glasses through them, and they had to get them through my insurance company. The insurance company was less than helpful to get my glasses back within the scheduled time frame. Lorane at Table Mountain Vision was absolutely amazing at continuing to check in with the insurance company for updates. Not only did she call every day but she went out of her way to keep me in the loop of where they stood. Definitely some of the best customer service I have received since moving back to Denver a year ago.

My husband and I both saw Dr Jackson. We were able to get appointments quickly, and on a Saturday which is very helpful since we both work during the week and live 30 minutes up the mountain. Everyone was very friendly. I actually learned a few things that no eye professional had ever mentioned to me. That combined with the "tricks" Dr Jackson had, I was able to get 20/15 vision. Up until now, my eye prescription always felt a little flat or just not quite right. I highly recommend Table Mountain Vision Clinic and Dr Jackson.

I felt very discriminated against here. I went to buy some new contacts with a VALID prescription issued by Dr.Jackson, who by the way is great. Cheryl is the reason I will NEVER return. She flat out lied to me and told me my script was "too close to the cut off date". This is a blatant lie, prescriptions expire on a date not a time frame. She was very unaccomidating and rude. I checked with 2 other optometrists who said that she lied too me. The moral of the story here if you dont look rich, they dont want to help you.

Dr Jackson is absolutely amazing! Shes warm, intelligent and remembers all of her patients very well. I had an emergency and was able to get ahold of Dr. Jackson herself after hours- thats a woman that cares about her practice. Shes up-to-date on her technology and always tells you what it is shes doing. I must have asked 100 questions last time and she answered every single one with unwavering patience! I would never go anywhere else for my eye care and recommend all my friends/family to Dr. Jackson.

I just moved here from out of state and have been to many different eye doctors for a variety of eye related things and I must say-- wow! Dr. Peterson is amazing! She not only listened to me blab about my eye issues but actually cared and gave great guidance on how I can successfully move on from my chronic dry eyes. I really loved the professionalism of the whole staff and found what is usually a tedious experience to be actually quite wonderful. Thanks Dr. Peterson and staff, you all are amazing!

Horrible ! I spent over $200.00 dollars for an eye exam. I then received one pair of contacts to try. I went back FIVE time for different contacts and waited at least 20 minutes to be seen each time. The staff was indifferent and rude. None of the contacts worked. I then went to Denver Eye Surgeons and Tom was wonderful. For $30.00 I found out that none of the contacts that Table Mountain prescribed would of worked with my astigmatism. Im floored that Table Mountain is in business.

Ive been seeing Dr. Jackson since the year after she opened her practice in Golden. As a very myopic individual with astigmatism, Ive been so impressed with Kelleys ability to use very creative optometry to provide me with 20/15 vision with my contacts and glasses! Shes the best of my eye doctors.....and thats saying something since Ive had corrective lenses for 33 years (since I was 7)! I would gladly recommend anyone with vision needs to Kelley Jackson Condon!
