We waited for quite some time here even though we had an appointment. Sitting before the appointment for 20-30 min with a toddler is tough. Then when we went to check out the employee at the front pulled out a large book to determine our bill. He looked like he had no idea what to do, called someone from the back, and they just flipped a few pages and landed on a number. I was confused, so I asked for clarification on the amount -- we were told by our insurance that the cover all eye care when referred by a doctor -- although these guys didnt seem to think that was true. They agreed to send to our insurance. Later, our insurance said they would certainly cover it if coded like a referral. Stapleton Eye Center really made this process so difficult, and time consuming that we ended up paying anyway. Its also very difficult to reach them on the phone -- it often rings and rings. I wont be bringing my kiddo back here.

Tried to call in to get appointment, phone still on "break" an hour plus past listed times. On hold for 10+ min, no doctor at location near me on available days, nearest locations a far travel north and south, still tried to go for one but have an old payment to make up so they will not make appointment for me to come to them physically to clear things up and wanted me to spend more time on phone with them while I am at work (already an hour and half plus now). Had a good experience with them before getting first pair of glasses (ever). Cant continue to work with a place so inflexible with with office hours, locations and customer care policies.

Terrible customer service! Poor selection of adult glasses in my opinion. Difficult to make an appointment due to limited business hours. Final straw for me was that I waited 3 weeks for my contacts (nothing specialized) to come in! I called several times and the office was either "closed for lunch" or I sat on hold so long I gave up. Finally, I just showed up and was told "you received a text" which I never did. There was no attempt as resolution or apology for error.

I do like the optometrist. Dr. Huston is present, quick and thorough. I would advice against filing your prescriptions there. Somewhat slow, pushy and very pricey. The copay alone will cost you more than getting your lenses at Costco or any online retailer without insurance.

I made a drop-in appointment to get new glasses with my new prescription in hand. My vision insurance with work hadnt kicked in yet so they gave me a 30% discount. The staff are a good, friendly, and knowledgeable group that provide great customer service.

Love the staff. Excellent service all around even if a bit pricey for glasses. They do have a great warranty. But you can buy your glasses wherever you want.
