Gotta say these folks know Customer Service. Treated my granddaugter and I with respect and gave us the best customer service. Which in this day and time is hard to find. Dr. Hughes is thorough and extremely kind and friendly. The staff are always courteous and willing to go the extra mile when something over and above is needed. Keep up the great work, this family really appreciates you all. S.P.C. and K.G.R. 8/4/17 update to my review. Ok did I say this office goes over and above what is needed to help their patients? That statement falls so short as I cannot find the words to express our gratitude for what they are doing for my granddaughter who has been suffering chronic headaches for quite a while. Thank you so very much Dr. Hughes and Nancy. This family will always have a special place in their hearts for you. Thank you for totally restoring my faith in people who strive to help others.

Already was a customer of this place. Made an appointment, nothing changed about my insurance, they had my insurance info on file...then they wait until I get there to give me the "we dont accept your insurance anymore" speech to ask for me to pay out of pocket instead. Then the gal at desk "tries" telling me they tried calling me "before" I got there to explain they dont accept my insurance, which I never received any phone call, and showed her I had "no" missed phone calls on my phone. It worked out well because they do eye exam to push you into buying glasses from the extremely overpriced selection available to them next door. This place is a waste of folks time, overpriced, and not reliable. You can go to Americas Eye care for half the price and get better service.

Dr. Kyle Hughes and his staff are professional, competent, courteous and kind. My first experience with Dr. Hughes was about two years ago. His office was in my neighborhood; I was not a patient but called for an appointment on a Friday morning after experiencing severe eye pain. They got me in before they left for the day at noon. Dr. Hughes took his time to examine me and ask questions; it turned out I could have lost my sight in that eye if I had waited much longer to seek treatment. Dr. Hughes had me follow up with my primary physician; based on Dr. Hughes suggestions for further testing, it turns out that my eye pain was related to an autoimmune condition that had never been diagnosed. I highly recommend Dr. Hughes and his office.

I visited Mile High Eye Care a while back to get a yearly eye exam and immediately I felt like I had been going there for my whole life. The professional and friendly staff are amazing, not to mention the quality and thoroughness of the eye exam from Dr. Hughes. Getting fit for glasses and choosing the right pair was a easy and quick as well. I have Kaiser for eye care insurance, but will continue to go here despite paying a bit more than my copay if i went to Kaiser. The service and care are well worth it for me. ** I recently had an eye injury and they squeezed me in the same day I called. They took great care of me. Just one more reason they are my choice for eye care needs.**

Dr. Hughes worked diligently with me for several months to identify a unique condition that no other optometrist has been able to identify. Thanks to his stellar clinical knowledge, I am now able to wear contacts for the first time in my life. In addition to the excellent care provided at Mile High Eye Care, all of the staff members were incredibly helpful, receptive to requests, and by far the most friendly healthcare staff I have ever worked with. I plan to stay with Dr. Hughes and his team, and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! Dr. Hughes got my prescription right on the first try, and the staff was very friendly. I cant remember the last time I enjoyed my annual eye exam as much as this place. Highly recommend. ***Updated 5/1/2016*** I went back for my annual eye appointment, and Im still very impressed by my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and they treat you like a human being. Yet another great experience! I will be back and refer everyone I know to this team. They are ROCKSTARS!

This place is amazing!!!!!!! I was referred by my sons eye doctor because I have a pretty serious eye disease call keraticonus (think thats how you spell it) I was going to another place that was far and severely out my budget and I couldnt afford a new scleral contact lense, Dr. Hughes went out of his way to help me! Hes is truly and angel! I love this place and will definitely refer everyone! The staff is so friendly and helpful, Lisa alway went out of her way to help! Thanks everyone at Mile Hi!❤️

Awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I called Monday morning as soon as they opened and explained my left eye was nearly swollen shut and that it was painful. They had me scheduled within an hour and I was seen by Dr. Hughes within minutes of walking in the door. By the time I left, my eye wasnt hurting and my prescription was already sent to my pharmacy. Within 24 hours, my eye wasnt swollen anymore and the pain never came back. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I have yet to find a more caring and compassionate staff at any healthcare facility Ive experienced. These are top rate professionals who are more than equiped to answer questions, big and small. They move quickly so, in my experience, appointments are rarely more than 30 minutes. I will continue to use Mile High Eye Care even if it means driving for an hour to get to them!

I would definitely recommend this clinic. The front staff is always friendly, professional and always greets with a smile. The Dr. is amazing and very thorough during the examination. the guy that makes the glasses is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this clinic for further exams. good job staff, keep up the good work :)

Drs Kyle and Heidi Hughes are great! Dan knows how to help you get the right frames to fit you just right and Nancy is always cheerful and wants to help. Great family owned small business in the Arvada community. Needed a spare pair of glasses to take with me before a vacation and they rushed the order through so Id have them. Thanks guys!

Im from Masscahusett and was on vaca, I desperately needed a pair of contact lenses because mine were not longer usable. I called many places, no one could help me. However when I called mile high they told me to come in and they had a pair of samples they could give me at no cost. I was so thankful!! Excellent customer service. Thanks again!

Ive always had good vision so it was an adjustment to need glasses after years of perfect vision. The staff was so helpful scheduling an apt. the same week I called in. My exam, dilation, and fitting for glasses took a total of 1 hour, and my frames arrive within 4 business days. The staff is excellent & helpful. Id definitely reccomend.
