I would like to let everyone know about my latest experience with Front Range Eye,I saw Dr. Johnson a couple weeks ago for my yearly exam , it was a nightmare, he gave me a wrong prescription, so when I picked my glasses up I could not see a thing, so the other Doctor there gave me the right prescription and guess what I can see now.I talked to Dr. Johnson in person about this problem and he said that such things happen a couple times a week and all I had to do come back in and they would take care of it. Why did this never happened to me before when I went to see other Dr. s I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and Im not new to this. When I was there and complained I was escorted out of the building, they didnt want other customers to hear my complaint . The only good Dr. there is Dr.Heffler, I would recommend her to anybody, I could go on with this, but to sum it all up Im done with Front Range Eye and would not recommend them , not even to an Enemy . PS. my glasses cost me $700.00 but they where kind enough and gave me a discount on them.How nice

As we are not allowed to respond to postings, I will post a review to address Traudes comments. We did our best to address her concerns and were unable to come to a conclusion that she was happy with. Our many other patients recognize our continual commitment to expert eye care and excellent customer service. I would urge those considering our office for their eye care needs to go with the majority and let us help you make your own opinion. Thank you.

I have the greatest confidence in Dr. Karbassi and the staff. I have several issues with my eyes and know I am getting the best of care. The staff are friendly and very competent. I highly recommend this eye care practice!
