I called when they opened because I wasnt sure if I needed to make an appointment or not. Called 3 times, no answer, so I walked in and there was a 1.5 hour wait. Okay, so I did my grocery shopping, finished, put groceries in car and still waited. A total of a 2 hour wait. Then the P.A. Kelly finally sees me. She listens to my lungs and then proceeds to tell me to drink tea with honey and have a humidifier in my room, and that will help my terrible cough. She also says to keep taking the robitussin DM, which Ive been taking all week, and to use my inhaler, which Ive also been doing. I am pregnant and made that clear, and told her my OBGYN could give her a list of safe antibiotics, but to her it didnt "sound" like bacteria in my lungs, so she wasnt going to give me antibiotics. Please tell me what bacteria SOUNDS like!! Its not like I was asking for narcotics here. I have been sick with an awful cough for over a week, on top of being nauseous and exhausted from pregnancy. Complete waste of my 2 hours and my money, which Im sure will at least cost 100-200$. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Used the online location search to find the closest Little Clinic location to my work, and unfortunately had to drive across town, no big deal there as the online search function showed just a short wait. Once I arrived at the location, a little over an hour before closing time, I was told they are not accepting anymore appointments for the night. Being that this is a business that is providing medical service, it was certainly unexpected to be turned down from said service just so they can get out of work on time. In my business, automotive service, I feel I would be doing my customers a disservice by not accepting their work during business hours. I expected a bit more dedication from the staff of a medical related business. I may be looking at this from the wrong perspective, but, thirty minutes of overtime isnt too much to ask when your job is to improve and cure health issues and ailments.

Save yourself the trouble of coming here. Ive been here multiple times for myself and my son and this is the last time. My sons Medicaid was denied because it was Colorado access which they dont accept. Theyve taken this insurance for two years, but apparently they are checking what your insurance is now. So essentially they werent doing their job before and now that they are, theyll take my Medicaid but not my sons. It took the girl 20 minutes just to check me in. Im not in favor of an urgent who doesnt do their job correctly in the first place therefore misleading people.

If I could leave a zero I would ...I paid 105 dollars for the lady to tell me the same thing I was already doing. I shouldnt of been gone today because of I didnt I would still be in the same boat but I would be 105$ richer. The doctor that helped me had her cell on and it rang but she missed it but then listen to the voice mail and then decided to text after that. Im sorry but I was in there for 15 mins total you could of waited, how unprofessional. This place is a joke dont waste your time or money! Because at the end of the day I felt like I knew just as much as her.

Went there for my childs vaccination. They said they could do it even though they didnt accept Medicaid for vaccinations they could do it if I was paid cash. Turns out that after waiting 3 hours they couldnt do it because it would be Medicaid fraud and the woman at the public health office said shed never heard of such a thing.

I went in because I was unable to hear due to ear wax build up. I got assisted quickly, the receptionist was helpful and very friendly and the doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can now hear clearly and would absolutely go there again. The prices were also significantly better than anywhere else

Got my TB done there, went back and had it read by them, did not need an appointment. I liked the walk in basis and next time I am trying the will hold your spot to see if it works. Everyone was well informed. I liked the place and intend on going back. Its hard to get a appointment at my doctors office.

The doctor is really friendly. She was through. Yes you pay 85 but thats if you dont have insurance. I went there couldnt breathe and running a fever after 20 mins I was told I needed to go the emergency room. The doc was right after going to the emergency room i ended up with pneumonia
