The staff at this office is the most incompetent Ive ever seen in a medical setting. If you are going to the Lakewood location, when you call the number you are directed to the Littleton location. They in turn redirect you to the Lakewood location and half of those times, the call is dropped. I have had bad experiences with Dr. Hansen in terms of waiting times and when you finally do get to see him, its rushed. Regardless I stuck with him because he is next door to my work. I had a chest X-Ray back in October and Dr. Hansen said that hed call the next day. Of course, I never heard back from him. I kept trying to call his staff over the next few days, left multiple messages and never heard back from anyone. Finally I got through to someone 4 days later, and they said that they didnt have the results from the lab. I had to call the lab, who said that the results had been ready for days. I call Hansens office again, and they said theyd check on it. I didnt hear back. I called back later that afternoon and an assistant said the results were fine. I since stopped making appointments with Dr. Hansen and instead have been making them with Dr. Ashleigh Sartor, who is also at the facility. She has been great when you get to see her, but again, the incompetence of the staff makes it not worth it. Just last week I needed to get a prescription filled from Walgreens. Its been a week and a half and as of this writing, it hasnt been filled yet. Walgreens has called them 3 times and Hansens office hasnt t responded. I called Hansens office several times, which went to voicemail everytime except for once. When I did get through to someone, I was transferred to the Lakewood office, then transferred again and finally to a voicemail. I left a message and havent heard anything, which was two days ago. Trust me when I say this facility isnt worth the aggravation.

Consistently orders tests that are expensive and unneeded. My insurance wont pay for some of them, leaving me with expensive bills on top of an overpriced charge for a routine physical. For example, my physical was billed as a diagnostic visit not a routine physical, and the staff ordered a PSA test on a healthy 31 year old. Poor staff, rarely answer phones and frequently dont return calls. I have only seen a PA, doctor cant even be bothered to see me.

I showed up for a physical and as I write this I have been waiting in a room for over 40 mins. I walked out. What a waste of time and money. They were were more interested in having their lunch than seeing patients ( I saw them with Qdoba as I was walking out

This doctors office repeatedly orders unnecessary medical tests that arent covered by insurance. Highly recommended that you stay away!
