The front desk lady was horrifically rude. My younger sister, 18, when in for a physical for a job. Her card wouldnt go through so the lady made a big loud deal about how she didnt have money. So we called our father for his card information and it wouldnt go through either. (I can PROMISE there was $33 in there) and she loudly said "oh so even your parents dont have money" and how there is no way it is her machine, they are just poor. Completely inappropriate even if that was the case. Both accounts have enough money. We will never be returning. I cant believe how horribly my sister was treated. She didnt even get her physical.

Arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning, waited an hour and a half while 3 other patients who checked in after I did were seen by physicians asst. I asked receptionist why I was being kept waiting, she told me Oh Well and to take a seat. I was coughing and obviously ill. I walked out without being seen. Complete and utter waste of time. if I could rate any lower, I would give 0 stars. Will never come back here again. My first and only experience with The Little Clinic.

I would not give a star. RN April is just as rude as amy the receptionist who claims she is medical assistant. Well guess what I am one and if I treated my patients that way I would be fired. There was no one here upon arrival the medical assistant was in the room with her son and husband. Asked you what your there for infront of everyone then leave to go get her son starbucks when there are people waiting.

I made an appointment by using the hold my position on the Web site. I went an hour early and was glad i did because no one was there. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurses aid was great, very professional. Amy the PA was very thorough, diagnosed my problem and got me right out with instructions and prescriptions. Im so glad i didnt wait the 4 days before i could get in to my Drs office.

Everything was wonderful from the online "save your spot" to the receptionist and CNP April Barstow. I havent been to any physician in over a year due to poor past experiences but I wouldnt hesitate for a second to come back to The Little Clinic and see April.
