Maybe it was too many years of 2,000-mile running or the competitive Olympic-style weightlifting, the handball tournaments, the swimming, or maybe it was the bike crashes, the long distance truck driving, etc., that left me at 75 years of age with stenosis, sciatica, leg spasms, limited flexibility. Over a 20-year period Ive aggressively sought relief from my growing lift of complaints. Ive conscientiously done stretching and Pilates. Ive obtained long term treatment from a superbly skilled and highly thought of acupuncturist as well as treatment from an equally qualified neuromuscular masseur. The results were about the same--some short term relief and the feeling that maybe I simply have the normal limitations that come with aging. Even if thats the case, I dont like it. Then my D.O. (whom I seldom see) suggested I visit Michele Mahmood at Altitude Physical Therapys Sheridan, Colorado office. I did, and now I see her regularly. Although the treatment I receive from her may not be for most people (may it is, I dont know), it has certainly been better for me than all of the other combined treatments Ive received. Sure, Im not in the same condition as I was when I was 30, but theres no question that I feel far better than I have in 20 years. Thank you Michele Mahmood. -David B.

I had the best rehab experience at Altitude PT. Following my total knee replacement surgery I began rehab with Mat, thanks to his work and persistence I am virtually recovered and back to my normal routine. It was important to me that I work with someone who would help me meet my goals, and he did just that. Sometimes it has been painful, but never more than I could handle, and the rewards have been tremendous. After only a little over two months since my surgery I am almost back to jogging. I recommend Altitude PT without reservation and I intend to tell my surgeon to send all his patients to Altitude.

Best physical therapists around! It is always a pleasure to visit altitude PT. Even if they are inflicting pain, they do it in the nicest, most helpful, healing way!!! Hopefully, I wont need to see them again, but will never go anywhere else for rehab if needed. Great people with great knowledge. THANK YOU!!!!!

Loved my physical therapist Michelle! Had an ACL replacement. After, sent my son there for Patella rehab. Now sending my mother t9 Michelle for ACL and meniscus rehab. Will not send my family anywhere else!

Cant recommend these guys enough! I had a lingering shoulder injury this summer and reluctantly went in for PT....the office is very time efficient, informative and Mat got me back to 100%.
