This place is hot and cold. When its good, its good, but that is less frequent than Id like it to be. Its bad more than good as of late. The customer service staff is rude. Good luck trying to call for an appointment. They just pick up the phone and hang up sometimes without even saying hello. Try asking a question and get you might get that "stop wasting my time" body language... At the moment, I cannot get in to see my doctor because I cant get through to make an appointment. I had to do walk-in last week because nobody answers the phone, and they treated me like a new patient... Ive been there for 5 years. I never see the same people twice at the check-in desk, so they must have a turnover problem. Prescription refills take 5-7 days to get back to the pharmacy. Ive been stuck in purgatory between the office and CVS in the past. Office says they sent it, CVS says they didn;t receive, and the office wouldnt pick up the phone. I had to go days without refills. Dr Kaye is a good doctor. In fact, all of the medical professionals are pretty good. Its a shame they work in such a disorganized place that really does not seem to take customer service seriously. If only there were better options in town. I may start looking for someone out of town soon.

I absolutely love my doctor there and the staff have always been helpful. I have tricare and when I found out I was pregnant it took almost 2 weeks of phone calls to get my referal to an obgyn. Well come to find out, they sent it to two different obgyns, neither of which I have been to or wanted to go to, and neither even accepted tricare! The staff at the colchester outpatient center had three people call tri care and fix what they did, and I got my referal into the right obgyn on less than 2 hours! Anyone who has delt with tricare knows how much of a pain they are, and these people were there to help every step of the way.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Waited in line for WELL over an hour to get blood work done after fasting all night,and them not opening till 9am. I was 2nd in line, and when I asked if there was a more convenient time,because Ive been waiting so long,I find out that I was forgotten about because someone entered something incorrectly. Its like MY time isnt important, but miss a doctor appointment, and they want to try and charge you anyway. BULLSHIT!

I wouldnt go here even if it was the last health center on earth. Rude staff, long wait times, it takes weeks to schedule an appointment, and they put you on hold then transfer then hold then tell you to call back. Finally got fed up with this place and have transferred to a different health center out of town that I like much better.

I walked into the clinic today and I saw Dr Catherine Glazer. Whoa. She was great - very confident Doctor, great on a personal basis and got right to my diagnosis. Oh and CVS had my prescription already filled within 2 hrs after it was sent from Dr Glazer. I hope Dr Glazer stays in Colchester. She is good for us.

Terrible. I go here because backus in Norwich is even worse. They need training on answering the phones. Also if I make an appointment dont make me wait an hour. All I go here for is my meds and they cant even do that right. Unfortunately Ive tried other places and its been even worse.

All the staff Ive dealt with are very nice but their check in procedure is archaic. You spend more time waiting to check in than you do with the doctor/lab/xray. Ive waited upwards of 45 minutes just to have lab work that takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.

Was a good place but now that its no longer open on weekends does not help town people out much anymore. Was a good place to take kids on weekend when they were sick
