I love this practice. It has been years since i found someone good. ECHN has in competant doctirs and nurses and i cannot believe they went to medical school. MARGARET POWELL, IS MY NURSE PRACTITIONER tgat i see at this office. I LOVE HER,! She has helped me more than any Doctor, PA, or RN in years. Im complicaated with medd snd health issues. SHE LISTENS, SHE IS KNOWLEDGABLE, SHES IN DEPTH, STRAIGHT FORWARD, And i walk away knowing and trusting, Ihave been taken care of. In the past, doctors dont listen, just bury themselves on the computer write a script, leaving yoh with question. MARGARET, IS THE MOST QUALIFIED YOU CSN GET. I HOPE SHE STAYS A LONG TIME. TRUST AND UNDERSTANDING IN YOUR DOCTORS OFFICE IS SO IMPORTANT. Shes the only one id go to.

Every time that I have made an appointment, the office seems to be running late. I should be noticed if they are running an hour late. I also feel like I am in a factory line. They get you in and out as fast as possible, normally that wouldnt be bad. However if you are not treating the problem and I have to come back multiple time for the same problem, I can assume that the level of patient care is low. My recommendation if you are reading this, you would be better off calling 911.

Lucky I cant give it 0 stars... I got a call last week very late night 1 day prior to my appointment and the assistant cancelled. I understood due to things happening. Today I went and showed up 10 minutes late, they had the audacity to say I needed to reschedule for not showing up on time. Forget it Ill never go back. Office staff is no good, and go figure still havent even met the doctor that was supposed to tend me. I wont go back... thanks for nothing guys!!!

The staff is caring, considerate and highly competent. The problem, however, is that the facility does not have an X-ray machine which is a crucial diagnostic tool. I cant imagine how a doctors office can not have such an important piece of equipment. I have frequent bouts of pneumonia which can not be diagnosed. That and my osteoporosis makes my PCP less than helpful through no fault of their own.

This medical facility is absolutely fantastic! The staff and Doctor on call were professionals in every way They were caring and took care of my husbands medical emergency in a speedy and efficient manner. We are very grateful to them.

Worst front desk staff possible. Extremely rude. Im glad im moving to another provider. I definitely do not like being spoken down to nor wait 30 days to have my own medical records!
