Receptionists are TERRIBLE!! Dont use this dermatologist office! The doctors & nurses are ok but not through. Not compassionate or caring. The worst part of this office are the unprofessional, rude, & ghetto receptionists. They dont want to help in anyway. Just to refill a percription was torture & way more drama than I wanted to deal with. Even my pharmacy made comments about the receptionists they had to deal with. To be frank they were trashy, ghetto, & should never work with the public. Even if you are respectful & kind they still treat you like crap. I dreaded calling in because I knew it would be a waste of time. I wanted to complain to doctors but they werent any better. I wonder if they know how many patients they will loose because of the unprofessional receptionists that people that call in have to deal with. It made sense that the office wasnt seeing a lot of patients as I got an appointment (as a new patient) almost right away. The office was dead & now I know why. Dont waste your time & use another office.

Im a new patient, and I didnt have to wait 6 months to get in. Thats a plus. The receptionist was very nice, as was the nurse to whom I spoke when I got into the exam room. Very sweet, friendly people. When Sally came in for my first-ever total skin check, she went over all my paperwork with me. She was very respectful of my CRPS/RSD, and was careful not to touch me. Sally did a thorough exam, always explaining what she was doing & what any concerns were. I found her to be empathic, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be back in the future.

Dont go here. I went here to get a bump removed and while the dr has my neck open she says she cant remove it. And I need to see a "real suregeon" . What kind of nonsense is that?! Not to mention I went here twice before the actual procedure. Total waste of time . Im not even sure how theyre licensed.

I only had to call for an appointment and I was turned off. Whoever answered the phone needs a few pointers......like at least try and act professional. So I never got further than a phone call. I think Ill be finding another office. I hope the Drs. Read this review.
