I am a 50-year old woman who began to hate seeing my profile. I had a band of skin that went from my chin to my chest (from the side view) and God forbid any picture was taken of me from anything but the highest angle possible. I consulted with Dr. Langdon about my turkey waddle, removal. He suggested it was actually my neck and jowls and that Precision TX and lipo would give me the result I was looking for. Recovery time. I was assured that my week long vacation would be long enough to look normal, enough to return to work without feeling conspicuous. The procedure took about 2 hrs under local anesthesia. If it had been my first cosmetic procedure I might have been reticent. Dr. Langdon is physically working with laser and cannula and you can feel pressure and movement. I requested that he tell me everything he was doing. He and Ardine, the attending nurse, worked seamlessly to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. There is very little feeling physically, but this is not a day at the spa. One week post-op while folding towels realized I could no longer count on my turkey waddle as a method for helping hold the towels while I folded them--a great problem to have!

I had 3 treatments with the PicoSure laser to remove 2 black ink tattoos. The tattoos are 20 years old and located on my ankle and lower back. I previously had 12 treatments with a qswitch laser at Cornell and almost gave up as the results were poor in my case. The PicoSure laser at Dr.Langdons office was the exact opposite experience. There is much less pain and discomfort with a much quicker recovery time than my Cornell qswitch experience. I hardly noticed any pain after the procedure and even the next day there was no need to address a wound like I did with the Cornell qswitch treatments. The results are unbelievable and the tattoos are now greatly diminished. I anticipate 2 more treatments to completely remove the visible elements of the ink. I also feel the treatment price is fair due to the high cost of this cutting edge laser. It has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend the Langdon center to anyone removing an unwanted tattoo. I was getting very discouraged in the past and the PicoSure laser treatments gave me faith that I will finally be able to remove my tattoos.

Dr Langdon changed my life ! From the first consult with his staff nurse Carol, to meeting him and discussing my concerns, and then to the day of the procedure, I felt very at ease and that this was the right procedure for me. I did my research very carefully for the lipo breast reduction and also consulted with other practices before I saw Dr. Langdon. For all you gals out there who want to get the weight of your chest, but arent up to the drudgery of having a full breast reduction, do yourself a favor by consulting with Dr Langdon to see if you are a good candidate for this procedure. He made it seamless and easy, and after only one week I am feeling so much lighter. He absolutely knows what he is doing, and is a very pleasant person to boot. The girls in his office are great, and make you feel very welcome. There is no Barbie Doll syndrome there. Thank You Dr Langdon for your work, I now feel that I can continue my goal of weight loss knowing that my body is now more proportional and it will be easier to get out there and work on my goals without carrying all that topside weight!

Dr. Langdon is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy in the field of cosmetic surgery. His attention to detail and really learning about his patients case allows him to achieve the most optimal results. Had tca cross 100%.done years ago for acne scars. Only one scar was fixed, others remained. Paid $300 out pocket and insurance paid like $85. Now they dont take insurance and ONE TREATMENT cost $500!!! I did my research and the tca solution itself cost very little; only $26 for 8ml of the stuff from Amazon! How does Doctor charge $500 now when the stuff is only $26? Clearly profits before people. All the tca cross is, is dipping a toothpick in the acid and basically dropping it into the acne scar to promote damage a more college production. They need to use literally mere drops of the stuff, so charging $500 for this procedure is outright ridiculous and insane. Ill just buy the stuff, do it myself and save hundreds. Only two stars because its too expensive and only one scar was fixed.

Dr. Langdon is the utmost professional with a caring manner that really put me at ease. He shares all aspects of procedures and helps you decide what is best for you. After having a very successful s mid facelift I asked about my ugly blue veins in my lip that bothered me for years. Dr. Langdon assured me that he could treat them with a lazer in one of my follow up visits. My previous dermatologist told me surgery with a big scar was my only option. In less than fifteen minutes Dr. Langdon took care of several blue veins and with minimal swelling for a few days I am happy to report my lips are perfect. This bothered me for years and now they are gone.

The staff is very efficient,friendly and professional. They were always ready to answer my many questions, explain, and encourage. I had a full facelift and was very concerned about recovery time and how I would look afterwards. I felt very well cared for throughout my procedure and during follow up care. I returned to work about 6 weeks after my surgery and have received only positive comments such as have you lost weight. or you look great. Not one person has asked did you have some kind of surgery. I am very pleased with the results.
