I had a pretty poor experience here when i came for my yearly cancer screening. First off, i had to make the appointment 6 months in advance. I can understand that though.The receptionist was rude to me, and scoffed because i did not know my primary care doctor (sorry for being a new resident). Then after waiting nearly an hour past my appointment time, they took me to the medical office. The doctor barged in without knocking and seemed very rushed. Overall I believe i waited almost 2 hours and spoke to the doctor for ~5 minutes. I am going to try a different dermatologist next year

I called to get an appointment. For several days I could not reach a live person. Finally I left a message for them to call me. I am a past customer. They never called back. A week later, I stopped by and they were very rude to me and said they dont have anything for 3 months. Dont bother here. They do not treat people well.

When your doctor is discussing regimens with you and says "I dont care what you do.." in regards to a dangerous drug such as Accutane.. not something a patient wants to hear. I will most likely be changing dermatologists.
