So bad ! I started going there last year and found it horrible , the Doctor did not seem confident and the staff looked miserable with the place and each other . Appointments were done with out me having any knowledge of them , almost as if the receptionist was just picking random people to try and fill in gaps in the schedule ...so of course then I would receive phone calls saying I missed my appointment ! This spring I received a phone call and the girl seemed pleasant , she said they had a new Doctor and new staff and convinced me into coming back as I was due for my routine check up , at that appointment everything seemed fine the receptionist made appointments for my children and I to come back the following week in which I took the day OFF form work and planed out for my kids day off from school for their appointment . Im a full time employee and missed the confirmation calls , but they called a family member secondary number I gave and that person confirmed for me . Then the night before the appointments I received a late call from them stating that they canceled my appointments because I never picked up the phone when they tried calling me to confirm ...just horrible and inconvenient as I had already taken the day off from work and was looking forward to come in !! Nothing made since I never canceled the appointments myself and a family member had confirmed for me . I told the receptionist they need to get situated with their rules and regulations , I never received a form or document with their company rules and I was never informed in any way . She seemed careless and said if they didnt get an answer from ME when they call then they would automatically cancel my appointment and thats how they run business. Very careless about patient needs and unprofessional only care about filling in a secure schedule for financial goals and commission !!!!! In a normal practice 48 hours notice should be given from patient to Doctor by patients if canceling an appointment , and its only fair that the same rules should apply to Doctor towards patients , canceling on a patient an evening prior to their appointment is horrible especially if the reason is because they need to secure a full schedule and the patient was not able to pick up the confirmation call . Im not just a patient and a mother but also a certified dental assistant with 13 years in the field and Ive never seen such bad performance in running a dental office were you get different answers , no explanations no rule heads up and all discombobulated !!!

If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. Had an appointment for Saturday July 22nd, 2017. Took the day off (losing $200) so I could take myself and 4 kids. They confirmed the appointment through phone and email. Latest was today the 21st. This afternoon I get a call from Chasity telling me that our appointment was being cancelled. I asked why? I was told the doctor had an emergency. I found it kinda odd that one doctor would be doing 5 exams alone. I asked who was going to pay me for the money I am losing because of this cancellation? All they could do was apologize. This puts a bad taste in my mouth right from the get go because we were new patients. I will be finding some place else for our dental needs. Very clean, pleasant, professional, and they explained everything very well. Ive been in there a few times for myself as well as my 3 kids and my wife has been in twice. We never have to wait beyond our appointment time. The office staff always greets with a smile and the doctor is gentle. I appreciate all they have done for me so far.--Ive just been in there again today and it was over and done so quick!

What a great experience! Moving from NYC to a new town could be so difficult. Being used to fast paced lifestyle, I was so happy I found a place where I was able to book a same day appointment. Once I got there, no wait time, they took me in right away! It was nice to actually spend significant amount of time with the Dentist. The girls at the front desk were lovely! Will definitely come back again.

my experience at Dr.Dental was impeccable!!!! i was very satisfied with the job that was done on my crowns. thank you so much for the comforting experience i definitely recommend this office to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist they make sure your comfortable and walk you through the steps as they go.. not to mention that you are greeted with a smile at the door every time!!!!

Dr. dental is great , the receptionist ladies there are really nice and welcoming & they also help you with everything you need right then and there . The only downside to dr. Dental is there number of actual dentists available . The dentists they do have a phenomenal , but they cant be in three rooms, at the same time, resulting in a lot of waiting time on somedays so that does suck

Everyone was so friendly! As soon as I walked in the door the receptionist gave us a warm welcome. Very flexible hours, I work daytime so them being open later helps out a lot. The doctor was great and my teeth feel great. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be back for sure!

Its been years since Ive had My teeth looked at, although I shouldnt have waited so long, I am actually pleased I did! This office is clean, the entire staff is approachable and informative. The Doctor has the gentlest hands ever and explains everything well. You will not feel rushed - Five Stars
