My family does not have the best reputation of keeping up with our teeth cleanings. However, I came here once and I knew I had to make a commitment and reschedule. Let’s be honest, no one likes going to the dentist but the overall experience here makes everything that more bearable and oddly enough, enjoyable! The entire staff is very welcoming, personable and efficient. For my cleaning, my hygienist, Amelia, knew beforehand that it had been awhile since my last cleaning; though she was given the hour block, she ensured that every nook and cranny was taken care of. And that she did, my teeth have never felt better! Thanks Amelia! My brother, on the other hand, had the other hygienist, Terry, and he was immediately impressed by how she was able to clean his teeth while catering to his gum sensitivity. Both doctors, Dr. Amy and Dr. Katz, were both very upfront of what the proceeding steps would be and ensured that we understood what needed to be done. To counter the previously poorly written reviews about the unethical nature of the billing-- I’d like to say that as someone who doesn’t have dental insurance, I was given a clear breakdown of what exactly I was paying for. All you have to do is just ask! Overall this is a very pleasant experience and the office is immaculate to boot!

I love the every single person that works there. They have done beautiful work on my teeth, and I would not go anywhere else. The people that have had nothing nice to say there is no way the are talking about Dr. St Germains office. I have been to a lot of dentists prior and they are top notch! Yes the first initial visit takes a little longer but they go through each tooth with a fine to comb to properly care for your teeth. So if people want to complain about that then glad they are not taking up appointment space :)

Drs Amy and Katz are both wonderful. I am fortunate to have found this place. All procedures I have had here were handled professionally while reassuring me throughout the process. Amelia my hygienist always looks out for me and does a great job at my cleanings. I go for extra cleanings because I love getting my teeth cleaned by her. My husband, daughter and her husband also are longtime patients here. This place is truly a family dentistry

Don’t go here if you need an affordable dentist with honest billing practices! I scheduled my first appointment for a basic cleaning, which they assured me was possible. While in the dentist chair, they told me it was just not possible without first having a massive amount of x-rays and a 2-hour exam. They suggested all was covered by my insurance. Months later they surprised me with a bill of $392!

I always had a great deal of anxiety when it came to the dentist. I have been going to this practice for a couple of years now and I can say they have reduced the amount of stress I usually have when it came to seeing the dentist. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, considerate, gentle handed group to see for dentistry.

I used to dread going to the dentist until I started going to see Dr. St. Germain. Everyone in the office is very nice, and I really love my hygenist, Amelia. Im a nervous patient, but she has a great "chair side" manner that puts me at ease. Shes also very gentle and will take the time to answer any questions I have.

Before I came here, I went to one of those "chain or corporation" type dental offices. Wow, HUGE difference! The people here are professional but, not stuffy. They are VERY personable and its obvious they love what they do and care about their patients. Will never go anywhere else.

Unethical and unprofessional! Recently, my wife had a cleaning done here. They sent me a bill for 400 dollars four months after my wife had already paid the estimated charges. When I called to dispute the charges, the office manager was rude and hung up on me.
