I was not seen nor examined by a dentist. For my initial visit, Kelly, an RDH came in and after 45 seconds of sticking a sharp instrument into my gums and yelling out numbers like 3-2-2 to the tech, she determined I had periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning which was not covered by my insurance. When I asked about a regular cleaning, she told me that it would be harmful and worsen the beginning stages of the periodontal infection. Since I did not come prepared to spend $132-279 on my first visit for a diagnosis made in less than a minute by a dental hygienist, I had to leave without even getting my teeth cleaned. Now Im not a dentist but I question the diagnosis made by the RDH, and would have felt reassured to be seen by an actual dentist. I would have even considered paying for the deep cleaning if the dentist came in or introduced him or herself to me. Now as a primary care physician, I have never treated my patients this way. I have yet to not evaluate or examine a patient because of inability to afford medical care and just have them be seen by my medical assistant or ancillary staff. I always find a way to help my patients the best I can using what insurance will cover. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the way I was treated.

I went to this dentist because my health plan indicated they were in my network. I made this clear when I made my appointment - I was a grad student and could not afford to pay full price for what I feared might be an expensive dental bill. It was my first appointment in several years. They said they would wait to find out my rates under this plan until I went in to see them. I went in for my initial appointment, and they were working on finding my rates. I went in for my filling, and they still didnt know the amount I would need to pay, but were working on it. I went in for my cleaning, and the person working on it wasnt there. I went in for my last filling, the appointment I had scheduled, and the dr. to do the filling wasnt there, it was her day off. Nobody called me to apologize or anything. Then I got the bill. Apparently they were not in this network, but failed to tell me and charged me the full amount of the procedures because of their mistake. The dental professionals I worked with were good, but the frustration I have experienced because of the administrave staffs poor service far outweighs anything else that might be good about this practice.

I have been going here for about two years, they have done a good job of informing me of my teeth health. They have consistently measured the spacing between the teeth and the gum, which is read off and tracked and done in an quick efficient way. The staff is always on point with there reminders of appointments from Adrianna and post cards sent via mail. I also like the new remodel of the office. Every time Ive made an appointment has to be at night and they have night hours to accommodate my work schedule. I also was told what I was signing before getting the cleanings done by Lauren and Kelly. When I first started here my teeth health was okay, but I let it ride out and after the 3rd or 4th visit had developed an infection that had to be cleaned out via a deep cleaning. After the deep clean procedure I have consistently gone back and have been told my teeth are doing fine, the dentist has changed and I was unable to meet the dentist this time around, but the staff present at night was friendly and accommodating! Keep up the good work, I truly felt the remodel spruced up the place to make it feel like a more modern space.

Im a new patient with this office after not going to the dentist for several years. The office staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I received help with the paperwork, then was greeted by the dental hygienist "Kelly". She reviewed my mouth, took X-rays, and started the cleaning. She was VERY pleasant as she worked on my teeth, always with a smile. Afterwards she answered my questions like " how often do I have to floss, or what type of tooth paste should I use? " She made my next appointment and sent me on my way. My teeth have never been so clean and white after my cleaning with Kelly. If you go there tell my new friends I said hi.

I went here a little over a year ago, Ive always had bad teeth so I always expect the worst when I go to the dentist. I was told that I have periodontal disease. Im only 23 years old. So I made follow up appointments to get my cavities filled and was going to get it all taken care of. They messed up one of my cavities and I never went back. So I went to a different dentist today and was told that I in fact do NOT have periodontal disease. This office is a joke. Please spend your money else where on someone who will tell you the truth and not try to take your money off a phony diagnosis.

Made an appointment for a cleaning and called to confirm but somehow it wasnt recorded!? Made a second appoint. a month later (cause that was their next available day) and went in for 7pm for a cleaning/checkup. They were running late and finally took some X-rays but said thy ran out of time since they close at 8pm so they said I had to reschedule for a cleaning!! Its taken me almost 3 months to get my freakin teeth cleaned. Thats insane!! What respectable facility wouldnt finish the work and have a paying patient/customer wait even longer? Getting a new dentist for sure!!

the hygenist lucy in the eastwindsor is the best ....she fixed the problems i had dealing with the manchester office...as far as the dentists are concerned....they are the worst....even dishonest...for some reason...the good ones only stay a short time...they must be a terrible company to work for....hopefully they will begin to realize they need to take care of the professionals they have employed...like lucy...and ditch the dead wood that dont care

My girl friend wet there for a cleaning ..haha and soon as they find out about me all my info and work have done been reported ro her. Next time i got there they asked me to sign info release form.. refused. Please dont go there the doctor is just learning.. i heard her talking to her assistant. " i need to go back to school for root canal ".. all the work she did beem forced to redo it in other office.

The staff is comprised of team players - they listen to patients and seem very knowledgeable in their respective areas! Cleanings are always very thorough, they work with unexpected costs - sending them a big acknowlegement and thank you!! ♡♡

Ive been coming here for about 5 years and things have changed. They have great staff members and they have remodel the office. They have late appointments which makes it easy for me because I dont have to take time off from work.
