My daughter sees Dr. Rocco and I see Dr. Raji. Dr. Rocco was tremendous with my child. Coming in uneasy for her routine dilated eye examination, Dr. Rocco explained everything to her in a manner where she was comfortable and understood what was happening. She was truly amazing. I chose Dr. Raji after seeing her in CT Magazine as Top Doc (this year again!). I did not have my eyes examined in many years. Dr. Raji was truly incredible. Her attention to detail along with her fantastic bedside manner will keep me and my family in this practice for a long time. The bonus with the practice is they have many specialties under one roof! They were voted number one by the Advocate readers poll just recently. The office is beautiful and the staff welcoming. I recommend this practice to family and friends.

After years of wearing glasses, always getting in my way and hiding my eyes, I decided it was time to see Dr. Shriver and see what he could do. I was a nervous wreck, but Dr. Shriver and his staff were understanding and helped me through my anxieties. I ended up getting PRK for both my eyes, and I couldnt be happier. His staff held my hand through the procedure and were so helpful afterwards. Two years later, my eyes are still 15/20. No glasses, no issues. I no longer live in the area, but I will gladly travel to Middletown to see Dr. Shriver every year for my check up. Thank you Dr. Shriver and team for a wonderful treatment, and giving me back my eyes.

I only wish I had read the other reviews before I went to them! Worst doctor experience ever! I went to them for a normal annual eye exam and all they want is money yet provide no service. Especially reaching anyone, let alone a doctor, with a follow up question is near impossible. I was given a written paper with my diagnosis from the secretary at the end of my visit, but was never told my diagnosis - and nothing was prescribed, etc. All I can say is that Im sure there are good eye doctors out there but I would avoid this place at all costs!

They just kept me coming back again and again, never solving my problem. Dr. I had (shriver ) was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional never going back there ever! Just spoke with insurance company how I was told by doctor I didnt come back within a certain time frame so the insurance company would not pay for the surgery; If he did it then (which was the reason I was there ) I would have to pay for it myself. The insurance company informed me that they have no such rule.

Glasses made with inaccurate power and specifics that lead to increased headache. I had to keep their glasses away and switch back to my old one with old power to avoid further eye complication. I am not sure how serious they are about accuracy of power in glasses or am not sure if the original power was diagnosed accurately.

I had Botox done around my eye area by Dr. Raji ,which it didnt work on one side .She didnt want to correct the problem unless i purchase more botox .After this terrible incident i refuse to do that ,i would never use her again.I wouldnt waist my money on her !!!

getting in touch with a doctor is very difficult, and time consuming. The firm is too big to deal with and cant find their phone number. I would recomend Glastonbury opticians instead
