My experience with Joe and the staff at PTSMC has been outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have worked in the medical industry for years and have providers who have become friends and they sometimes agree to waive deductibles for me. With that said when you are doing something outside of the norm relating to billing it is not uncommon for me to still receive a bill for the full amount as that is how the billing system is set up to respond. I simply pick up the phone and bring it to their attention for a manual override and quick fix. In reading Marks comment, I wonder if that is what may have happened to him as I have found Joe and the staff to be very honest. I have had PT at other clinics over the years and often times they can be rather cold and sterile, where this clinic provides a warm and inviting environment..............heck they even have a riddle of the day board and collect canned goods and toys for the less fortunate. Give them a try and you wont be sorry.

Bait-n-switch! I wasnt going to get physical therapy because my insurance wouldnt pay for it. Joe said he would charge me a much discounted rate. After a few weeks of PT I start getting bills for much more than we agreed to. I was surprised because as far as I knew I was paying my balance every time I went there. They waited a few weeks to bill me instead of telling me right away or at my next visit so that I racked up a few charges before I realized it. I was unemployed at the time and couldnt really afford it but I paid the bill. The old saying "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is" comes to mind. I will use Select Physical Therapy next time as I have in the past. If you decide to go here make sure to skip the "needling". All it did for me is hurt and I sill cringe when I think about the feeling.

Joe and the staff in Newington are top knotch. Very knowledgeable informative and helpful. They take the time to show you and explain to you why they are doing certain things and dont just walk away they make sure you are doing your exercises stretches properly. The experience I have had there will make me recommend them to anyone and everyone who will need help during a difficult time. They treat you like friends not patients. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have been coming here for 9 weeks now and I have been very impressed with this faculty. Every time I come I feel progress and I feel motivated to come back. I am already back to feeling like I did before my ACL surgery after such a short time. Even my doctor is impressed with my progess. I recommend PTSMC to everyone because the staff is so friendly and even when I have had a bad day, the staff always welcomes me with a smile and makes me feel more positive

Excellent to say the least. I had a knee surgery and never thought I could get back to the way I was before. (I play sports and weightlift) Joe knows what hes doing and had me more than back to normal after working with him for a few months. For any future physical therapy I may need, I will be coming here.
