They are seeing my daughter since she was born! And until last week I was ok with them , but last Friday I took my baby for a check up on her hand , she was complaining about it, she was in pain and crying, so I went to the office, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours because they close for lunch, for lunch? Then I was driving in town to keep my baby calm, when they opened I went to have my baby check, the nurse did have the decency to come to the front desk and ckeck her out, she just send the message with the recepcionist to take my baby to another facility, when she never saw her, so why I have to keep going to them?, they were so indifferent and careless about an infant whom was looking for a medical care, later on I found that nothing happens with my daughter, she just was having a muscle paint and went away in an hour, thanks Good she is fine but this medical facilty needs to be more companionate and profesional with families like ours, who rely on them for the welfare of our children. Definitely not recomend and I am sure that all the people that I know wont make the same mistake to take their kids to the Pediatrics medicine of Wallingford!

My son will be 2 next week and weve been seeing Dr. Frank since he checked on my son the day after he was born at Midstate. I had already picked this practice but I had met with a different doctor during our intro meeting. I decided to switch to Dr. Frank after meeting him. That being said, the entire practice is wonderful, I typically see Dr. Frank but a couple of times Ive had to see other drs for sick visits and they are all extremely nice. Ive also had to call off-hours several times and I always get a very prompt call back by the on-call doctor. Making an appointment has never been a problem and wait times are also never a problem. I dont think I can say enough good things about Dr. Frank. Being first time parents weve had many questions and concerns and he has been helpful, reassuring and friendly every time weve seen him. I highly recommend him!
