I honestly cant say enough about Dr. Dental... Where do I start. From the first time I went, they were different from anyone Ive been to. They did the most comprehensive work-up Ive ever had. That first visit I had two procedures performed. The next visit two more. No waiting, they got them done a.s.a.p. Today I had an issue with something done at the first visit, I called, and was amazed once again, I was told to come in a half hour and it was fixed. The Dentist is thorough and explains everything exactly, and keeps working until he has it perfect. The assistants and hygienists, polite, professional, and helpful. The office manager stops in EVERY visit to ask how Its going. Id stop there if I could, but the ladies in the front- welcoming, sweet, and always give me a smile... Im not joking, if I moved out of state Id commute, Im not leaving Dr. Dental !!!

I found the facility to be very clean and the desk personnel very personable. In regards to the dental staff they were efficient but lacking bed side manner. As a person with a past experience working in the medical field I know its was best for me and my patients to identify myself and explain to them what I was going to do to them. Not only does this help to provide good pt/staff relationship it also helps to alleviate anxiety the pt may have going into this appointment. I was disappointed after my appointment because of this and Im increasingly anxious for my next as I have terrible anxiety when visiting the dentist. Bottom line please dont assume we know what youre going to do and please keep us in the know. I truly appreciate it.

After waiting for a Whole hour to be seen and seeing how people that came after me got in before me I was upset! I dont usually take my time to write reviews, but the service was so bad I had to. after waiting a whole hour the cleaning took less than ten minutes then they said see you in 6 months. I wanted to say something but I was so upset I just left. After I got home my teeth were visibly dirty so I had to floss and it was dirty like I thought. I regret coming to Dr. Dental and now I have to wait 6 months in order for my insurance to pay for another cleaning (which I thought now is 1 or 2 years if you have medicaid). What a waste of money!!! :( Will never EVER come back to Dr. Dental. Will be calling my insurance to complain.....

Even thou the staff members were under pressure because someone didnt show and they had to pick up the slack. All staff members were wonderful I wish I remember their names, from the two receptionist that looked over my 3 year old. the dental assistant who was very persistent on cleaning the area thouraly after my child had her teeth cleaned there and I explained that was my child she really didnt have to wipe the seats and countertops off. Im the one staying in this room but she said no this is what shes supposed to do after each patient. That right there says a lot about her. The dentist was also wonderful, she had a lot of patience with my daughter and I.

1st- Ivelisse shes been grate since the first day that I started going to the dentist shes a very respectful girl on a scale from 1-10 I give her a 10 2nd- Yaya shes also been a grate secretary and she also gets a 10 and as for Kayla and Jazz they definitely get a 10 also they all took really good care of me I never did and never will have anything bad to say about any of them my family thinks the same way I do about every single one of them to. And last but not least Dr.Desai hes also been great hes been very helpful for me he solved all my issues so he gets a 10 also

I went to Dr. Mandala office with a lot of pain, it happens that I need a root canal. I was on vacation and was leaving in a few day. Dr. Mandala did my root canal the next day with no hesitation. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation with no pain. Dr. Mandala did an awesome job, he explained every step of the way and was very soft spoken. His staff was amazing and made you feel very comfortable. Madeline the office manager was also amazing!!! If you need dental work stop by and ask for Dr. Mandala.

I highly recommend Dr. Mandhyan and the team ...They provide personalized service through every step of the process. When you arrive, you are greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists, especially my favorite jasmine with her humor, You do not wait long at all before you are taken back for your service. The team gets to know you as a person and really tries to understand you and your needs. They explain everything clearly and help you feel comfortable during your entire visit. Even post-visit.

I have been going to Dr. Dental for a few years. They have cleaned my teeth and have done a root canal in the past. Thier work is excellent and they are very nice. Matter a fact I have to go see them tomorrow because I chipped my tooth eating some pork rinds, I hope they can just patch up the tooth. Oh well, I guess this is what happens when you start to age...your teeth are not as strong anymore. I recommend them for your dental needs...Great place!

i had an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth not only they said they couldnt after they told me they could . i work 3rd shift i was already up for 18 hours i was tired they made me wait two hours just to tell me i need to go to a oral surgeon on top of that i was scheduled on a day my dentist is on vacation and was never notified so i can reschedule or come in on a earlier day just a complete waste of my time . still in pain

This dental office is great! I have been a patient here for 2 years now, the staff is super nice and very helpful, the assistants, and hygienist are always so sweet and caring, also the receptionist are super friendly especially Jazmine and also very helpful which is a big plus since my schedule is so busy most of the time, the dentist is very informative when it comes to all my dental care as well.

Friendly staff at the front desk especially the receptionist that attended me, Jasmine. Dr. Dosapoti was very light with her hands, I felt little pain when she did my extraction and she did a great job. I would really recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a friendly staff and great dentist
