Wait forever for johar to come in the room for you, or even worse, when you go get a shot , i waited almost 2 hours. when you do see him in his office, he dosent listen to what you have to say , or you dont get to explain your problem all the way , he just wants to get you set up for the shots, which dont work, they wear off after 3-4 weeks. first visit he spent 5 min with me, second visit, which was after my shot, he was over an hour late, and spent 2-3 min with me, to say he wont be working out of Ellington ct anymore, he was going towards Waterbury. so needless to say , he didnt care about the shot wearing off,,, he poo pooed it off, and said the neurologist will take over... which i had to wait another 3 months just to get in there, same office mind you.... johar is no help, dosent listen, he is a waste of time, find someone else....

The clinics where he work market him as a "pain specialist". He may have passed medical school, but is hardly more than a glorified injection technician. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired (rude, dismissive). Previously decided upon treatments are randomly changed without notice, appointments cancelled while literally standing at the front desk to sign in. The whole operation resembles an assembly line where you actually get to see the "doctor" for five minutes before being ushered out and the next patient ushered in. I bet hes a big cash cow for his employers, though.

Ive gone to them on numerous occasions for my pain injections. Never really had to wait a super long time and Dr. Ghalys bedside manner is perfect. He smiles and jokes around, obviously to distract you from the needle, but hes never dismissive or treating you like a number. Ive had some doctors treat you like youre some damn test subject, not a person. Hes engaging and descriptive. I will continue to go to them and I would recommend them.

Definitely some of the worst experiences I have had at a doctors office. Each time I have gone in I have waited a minimum of 45 minute AFTER my scheduled appointment time. I have waited as long at 1.5 hours. They offer no explanation, just continue to have you wait. They also would not let me accompany my husband in his appointment after waiting an hour.

I had the best experience.. from the first phone call, my surgery through my post-op care. I never waited more than 15 minutes.
