Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She lied to my face after I asked for my info to be faxed to another doctor and told me they dont fax to that hospital. When I called the hospital I was told that they have and do fax to them. She showed attitude towards me for no reason and is the WORST. She doesnt deserve to have a job. The Dr. himself doesnt seem knowledgeable and needs to take a few classes to re-up his practice. He simply told me "I dont know whats wrong" while Im sitting here with swollen fingers and joints. He has NO people skills and tried to downplay ALL the symptoms I visually displayed. And when I asked for him to give me a call, he never called back. Horrible HORRIBLE customer care. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

I believe Dr Rocca could actually be a fair dr if you are a white patient. I heard excellence about him. But prior to the review before mines, it sounds like my story. The secretary gives you the run around. I believe Dr Rocca tells the secretary Lynn what to say and do. Dr Rocca does not like dealing with people of color. So if you are not white dont waste your time at this office. Sadly to say but it is TRUE. There should be a law for people like Dr Rocca. The world would be a better place. Dr Rocca is still living in a past time zone. And needs to get his head out of his BUTT.

My husband has had back problems for Years. He has searched out many Doctors over a Ten Year period. All prescribed several medications but with very low success. He was so desperate that he even tried acupuncture. Finally came upon Dr. Rocca in 1996 and almost from day one he diagnosed and prescribed non narcotic medications that have worked very well. Now his back is under control and thanks to the non narcotic medicines he doesnt have to be worried about addiction on top of health problems. Many thanks to Dr. Rocca for a job well done.

My husband went to see him and everyone was very professional and great. He was kind and listened to everything we had to say. He did not want to redo test since the results were resent. He did say he would call free receiving the new blood results but didnt. He did say if he didnt call for us to call. He takes nothing for granted.

Dr Rocco diagnosed my fibromyalgia many years ago. He was professional, kind, and tried to,hurt me as little as possible. I would stil;,see him but have a lot of issues so am under care at Penn...issues which appeared after I no longer saw him.
