Money making scam. At least so it seems. The dentists are nice, helpful and professional, however the lady at the desk is either incompetent or this place is just out to get your money. After every visit I would be given an affordable price. Then two weeks later I would receive a phone call stating that I owe them twice the amount that was initially quoted. This has happened on multiple occasions. And yes I do have insurance. When asked to explain the charges and explain why I was quoted a different charge initially I cannot receive a proper explanation nor a breakdown of these random charges that came as a surprise to me. Buyer beware. Be sure to get a definitive price and explanation before leaving.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE! This place seems nice and professional but their pricing appear to be arbitrary. They give you one price when you go in but when its time to pay they bill you a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE, much higher than you were quoted and has budgeted to pay. They then send you threatening letters in the mail threatening to send you to collection and forcing you to pay the arbitrary new bill "to avoid further action". You have been warned. I suggest getting a hard copy of your quote when given to you and always be aware of any change in procedure. Know your balance every time you attend this place else you would be another victim like myself and quite a few other previous patience.

I agree with another post here by vimal patel (spelling). I went in for a cleaning and when I got there, I had everything but a cleaning. It felt very invasive to me and though I havent seen the bill yet, but I felt it was a charge for no reason. From what I was told, I would not need a much other than a cleaning-which is what I came for in the first place. I took the day off for my cleaning and will likely need to take more because they told me Id need to come back. I dont take vacation just to have every day filled up by dental work. Id recommend doing more research before choosing this office.

Dont ever go ... They always try to convince you to do something which you really dont need. ex. root canal,deep cleaning. Be aware they are putting lot of extra charges in insurance bill which insurance company not going to pay and you are going to be responsible to pay.So ask for every single explanation of charges. I had asked for free yearly teeth cleaning and i end up in doing deep cleaning. i did not know about some kind consulting charges (what to eat and not) until they came back and asked me to pay uncovered insurance charges which i never asked.

Im giving this a three out of five rating because of the first dentist I met with was absolutely fantastic. We went over a dental plan and he told me that only one of my cavities needed a root canal. My third visit my dentist was on vacation and I met another dentist that work there who informed me that all of my cavities needed a root canal. I couldnt afford this so I naturally went and got a second opinion and in fact my second opinion said only one of my cavities needed a root canal and he filled the rest so I will never go back to this place

Seriously? Dr. Eum is absolutely amazing. Not just a great dentist but a great guy. One of the nicest and most easygoing people you will likely ever meet. He is wonderful with my 8yo son and i could not ask for anything more in a dentist. The entire practice is great from the hygienists to the girls at the desk. A great group of people. Could not recommend enough!

Very friendly staff , Doctors and Hygienists ! Unfortunately, I have moved and its now that I have realized that how much my family and I appreciate Progressive Dental Arts. My girls cry that they dont like the new dentists and want their old dentists ( Progressive Dental ) back! :( They are simply the best!

My 16yr old loves it . Dr wu nicest sweetest person Ive met . My son has now gone 4 times in a yr for various reasons and has done great ! He will go back 3 more times by July.. I truly love this office /doctors and ladies up front.Very pleased !!

Very nice office and convenient location. The staff is very professional and courteous. My whole family goes so they can accommodate just about any age. I highly recommend this dentist practice!
