Nice staff, however i do not have the extra money to come here, i cant afford to get teeth done that are not of necessity , went to two different dentists afterwards, and they stated that i only needed one cavity drilled at time, they want to basically statement from the other dentists fix teeth that did not need to be done at that it was not crucial, my other dentist stated they tend watch these and give ways of prevention, rather then drills right into them. So they wanted me to spend over 200 dollars, when i only needed one tooth done,seriously i am a college student i stated can i break up these payments, this was not an option. I explored my options, also recieved ridiculous stupid bills in the mail that i have never recieved in the mail from another dentist. Like decline of service?(they did not realize at this point i got service elsewhere after i heard 200 i was out). Get out! these places get to pick what you and choose certain things they bill you, other dentist some not all will not bill you for an appointment (not saying i miss a lot of appointments, but stuff happens). Because most dentist want you to come back. Sorry this place is nice,but im barely making any money for this place. I can not and i will not come back and i will tell my family not to come as well. GOODBYE. DONT CALL ME.

I cant begin to say what a wonderful dental office Brookside Dental Care is! From the moment you walk through the doors of Brookside Dental Care you can tell this place is special. Youll be greeted by the kindest group of ladies and made to feel right at home. The waiting area is warm and inviting with comfortable seating, a fireplace, TV, cookies & snacks, coffee & tea as well as a refrigerator stocked with cool drinks. Youll never spend much time in the waiting area however as the office consistently runs on time for appointments. Once you are taken into your appointment youll be sure to notice the state of the art technology that has been incorporated into the welcoming design of the office. The staff is upbeat and patient centered. Care is given with attention to detail and care for the patients comfort is of top priority. Not only will you be expertly cared for, but with the knowledge that you are being treated with cutting edge technology administered by professionals that are continually trained in the latest dental advancements available. At Brookside Dental Care youre made to feel like you are part of "The Brookside Family" where your health, comfort, and long term care are the priority.

Friendly smiles right from the door. My family and I have been visiting them for more than 4 years now. The office is very clean, nice and equipped with all the latest equipment. Super punctual; we never had to wait beyond our scheduled time. We highly recommend this place to anyone who cares for the best dental care and hassle free visits. Dr. Hadian is very skilled and knowledgeable dentist. He is very friendly. He takes his profession very seriously. He explains us about our dental condition. He listens and answers all our concerns related to our visit. He made himself available for us on the same day when we needed him for few emergency visits during his office hours. Fortunately, we never needed him out of his office hours. :) Dr. Hadian is surrounded by excellent staff members who are very friendly and highly professional. So far they havent given us any reason to complain! That brings us to our family favorite dental hygienist Brandy. She is super friendly and been amazing at her job throughout our visit.

I’ve raved about this office to everyone I know since my first teeth cleaning. They greet you at the door by your first name. Every staff member is friendly and shows a genuine passion to serve their clients. In my most recent experience, they went above and beyond. I had a small emergency of a cracked tooth. I called Brookside to see if they could see me that day, to which they replied they were completely booked, but could see me the following afternoon. I was worried what to do in the meantime, so I called back asking what I should do until then. By some miracle, they said they MIGHT be able to fit me in with in the next hour. Between the receptionist and the rest of the staff, I’m sure they had to coordinate and accommodate me in between appointments because—I had one woman do an x-ray, the dentist came in to clean out the tooth and prep for a new filling, and another woman who did the filling. THANK YOU Brookside Dental Care — you are truly the Lehigh Valley’s finest dental team!!

First class operation!!! There is NO DETAIL or CONCERN that was not addressed and put at ease to. I am 48 year old male and have ALWAYS be afraid of the dentist. I have had many surgeries (including brain surgery) that have scared me less than a trip to the dentist. I broke a tooth and the filling in the tooth had fallen out. Within the first two minutes of making the call to their office I was TOTALLY at ease. Nettie (who answered the phone) had calmed my anxieties and before I knew it I had my appointment. From the appearance of the office, the professionalism of the office to the hand-holding of the hygienist (I dont remember her name, but she sat with me and made sure I understood EVERYTHING) to sitting with Cody and making out my treatment plan EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brookside Dental to ANYONE who is afraid or intimidated by the dentist. Ill be taking advantage of "gas" for EVERY treatment I have to have!!!

08/2015: Had another good visit. It seems so odd enjoying a dental visit. Laughing, joking, and actually liking the dental team. Am I sadistic? Do I suddenly have a dental fetish? Is the universe unraveling? Whatever is going on here, Im ok with it. I guess. Keep up the good work. 05/2015: Super clean, great facility, wonderful dental professionals, everyone is nice and friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I wish I would have discovered Brookside Dental YEARS AGO! Keep being wonderful, Brookside! 2014: It was perfect. Loved the office, the atmosphere, the friendly staff, big smiles, super personalities, and of course, the fresh-baked cookies. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I found myself wanting to kick back and just hang around for awhile (I didnt, but I wanted to). Good stuff. :)

Being military for 23 years we moved around all the time and was shuffled from dentist to dentist who didnt even know our names or our history. Now that we are retired and had to select a permenant Dental Team, Brookside Dental was an excellent choice for myself, my husband, and our three teens. The entire staff and the Dentists are caring, polite, and always quick to get us in and out. We have not had any insurance coverage issues and the staff tells us exactly what our insurance covers and what we need to cover prior to any proceedures. They are excellent at reminders, re-adjusting schedules, and working with my two Autistic teens and myself with anxiety disorder. I would definitely recommend Brookside to everyone.

Would I compare my most recent experience at Brookside Dental Care to slipping into bed after a long day ?? Waking up and realizing its Saturday ???? Thats VERY close to the feeling that you DO get when you leave Dr. Hadians office. Imagine running your tongue over your newly cleaned teeth !!! thats ANOTHER one of the BEST feelings in the world !! Thank you very much my sweet Latasha !! You are the BEST !!! Brookside is such a pleasure from the moment you walk in up until you leave. They are a group of genuinely concerned and compassionate individuals working under the lead of the best Dentist anywhere ...... Dr. Navid Hadian !! No fear when you go here ..... gentle dentistry at its finest !!!
