Let me start by saying the Dentist was very good and super nice. I would go back to him if it werent for the front office staff. That being said, the reason for my poor rating is because of the front office staff. I was referred to the dental practice by Dr. Savage (orthodontist). Upon calling to make an appointment, I gave them my insurance information and asked what my copay would be. I was told that they needed to check my benefits and they would go over them with me when they called to confirm my appointment. Pretty standard. When they called to confirm, I asked what my copay would be. The response was, "your insurance will cover everything." I thought this was odd as I usually have a $20 copay. When I went in for my appointment and checked in, I again asked what exactly my insurance was covering. Again I was told,"your insurance will cover everything." After my cleaning, I checked out and again ask (thought maybe third time was a charm) what my copay was. Response again was, "your insurance will cover everything." Well.....a month later I received a bill for $202! I called to find out why I had received this bill as there must have been a mistake. I was informed my insurance did not cover everything they did. I was shocked as I asked 3 times and asked 3 different people. The lady whom I was speaking to said the office manager would call me back. A week went by without a return phone call from the manager. Finally, I called back. The manager could not understand what went wrong and why no one at her office explained my benefits to me. She then said for the inconvenience, she would give me 10% ($20.02). Again, I was shocked. A $20 "discount" for being mislead? I would recommend that anyone looking to use this office ensure that they review your converges with you prior to having any treatment done! I have never paid more than a $20 copay at the dentist. I am still trying to figure out if this shady business practice was intentional or not.

I possess "the teeth from hell" paired with poor genetics. My parents should have made my middle name "toothache". I have been a frequent flyer to Beach Dental and there is not a virgin tooth in my mouth as all are crowned and bridged. With all my time spent in the dental chair I feel I can be a very objective judge of character. Their staff is efficient while still being caring. They listen to their patients (which is becoming a lost art) .They lighten tense moments and lift the mood of the practice. Many of the staff members have been with the practice for a significant amount of time---which displays a good foundation for the practice as well as a reflection of their employers. Dr. Gigliotti is a great dentist who is in pursuit of excellence and high standards. He is committed to taking time with his patients and I have confidence in his reliance and good qualities, especially fairness, truth, honor, and the ability to make me laugh (This may be due the laughing gas)! Im sure Ill being seeing you soon! Deirdre B.needing teeth.

I am Steven Molesky, and I spent pretty much my whole life at one dentist, recieved a recommendation to try here. Now my whole familiy goes here, my mother since 1979. I was welcomed immediately upon entering. Wait time was minimal. Nice selection of magazines in the lobby to keep you occupied, but I had no time to read any , let alone pick one up seeing how fast they called me back. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and constantly checking to see if everything was all right and if I was comfortable. They talked me through everything the were going to do. Kept asking if I had any questions about anything, which surprised me(a good thing). Also asked me things and talked about things that were not dental related. It was nice to connect with them as people that way versus just as a medical professional, which made me feel more comfortable. The staff here cares about you. Overall a great place with a nice atmosphere with friendly and professional people taking care of you. Will recommend to others. Thank you.

Ive been going to Beach Dental since I was 19. Id had a lot of bad experiences with other dentists in this area and so I just ended up not going anymore. My boss recommended Dr. Arnaudin at The Beach Dental Center and Ive been going for over a decade now. I absolutely love this place. Even when I moved to NYC for college, I would still come back to Beach Dental every 6 months for my cleanings. (Eventhough, I roomed with a NYU dental student.) I really love this place and recommend it to anyone who needs a good dentist. They are always nice, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And they dont try to price gouge you. Ive been to other dentists in the past where theyve actually told me that I had cavities when I didnt or make me come in for a "consult" appointment before a routine cleaning just so they can charge my insurance for an extra visit. None of that funny business happens here. It really is a great dental practice that you can trust and will want to bring the whole family too. -Lacy Ryerson

I dont know what Im going to do when we have to leave this practice. Literally everyone from the people in billing, to the receptionist, to the insurance department and the actual dental staff is phenomenal! For the first time ever I have a dentist and hygenist that I absolutely love. They are so gentle, kind, take the time to talk to me and remember after only seeing them once 6 months ago. Today, my hygenist Kristy, praised me the entire visit for still nursing my little guy past one. She was so sweet and patient with him. She had him sit on my lap while she cleaned my teeth and stopped when I needed to nurse him. Shes just phenomenal and such a sweet soul. After my first visit my dentist sent a personalized hand written note. Talk about high expectations for the next time I have to find a dentist! Can they just move to Georgia with me?!

Beach Dental is an amazing dental office!!. I travel from fairfax city to Va beach for my routine appointments. I use to dread going to the dentist because of how painful the cleaning use to be at my previous dental office, but here they use equipment that makes the cleaning painless. I love the "sandblasting" part of the teeth cleaning, It gets my teeth so clean and white. My teeth look amazing, and I have gone from dreading the dental visits to looking forward to how great my teeth look.. They are always able to fit us into the schedule and they have a amazingly friendly staff. Our hygenist Christi is the best!! They are always on schedule and I have never had to wait burt a few minutes to be seen. I cant say enough about this dental office. You must try it to believe that one like this exists- a happy fairfax client- Rose RN

I just wanted to say thank you once again to the staff, hygienist (Kristy) and Dental Physicians who assisted me during my office visit today. All of you continue to maintain your professionalism while still being personal and courteous to your clients. This means a great deal in todays fast paced turnover in medicine. Many offices place a number on your head when you walk in and its get them in and get them out. NEVER has this been my experience at Beach Dental Center ! Everyone goes beyond their normal to ensure your visit with them was pleasant and what you expected. They are sure to answer all your questions. I see Dr. Richard Arnaudin and sometimes Dr.Daniel Barton. Two wonderful men. I plan to remain in their good care for many years to come. Thank you all again for all you do for me. Sincerely, Janet S. Allen
