Ive been a patient at this practice for a little over 7 months. For the most part, Ive been happy with their service. Today I visited this office and was greeted by a very rude Dentist (Dr. Miller). Im not sure if she was having a bad day, be she appeared extremely rude. She appeared to become agitated and frustrated because I was asking questions. When I explained what I wanted done, with frustration she stated to the dental assistant, "I dont have time to do all this today, but just give me the numbing medicine". She then proceeded down the hall and began whispering about me to another employee, then comes back and says " I just spoke with so and so and they agreed with me. At that point I became agitated and told her, I did like her attitude and it appeared she had one prior to walking into my room and therefore I did not want to be serviced by her. She act like she was providing a free service. I asked the front desk, if I ever come back, to please be sure to not schedule me with her. Very upset. I an not one that takes time to write reviews, but I will give credit for great service while calling out those who have horrible customer service skills, I hope Dr. Reardon gets an opportunity to read this review, because this is not a good representation of the normal service provided.

At first this was a good dental office. I went to have fillings and a dual root canal done. When I went to do all this I requested a prescription for Lorazapam to help with the anxiety. The doctor gave me a prescription for 2mg the night before and 2mg the day of. This caused many undesired results. I experienced massive side effects from the drug, and almost failed multiple classes in college because of the overdose. I asked a professor who was also a dentist about the dosage, and he cringed. The normal recommended is 1mg an hour before. The insurance claim was initially filed incorrectly, which caused more issues. After all of that, they expected me to pay a multi hundred dollar bill in a month or it be sent to collections. The only good thing is they worked out a payment plan with me. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone after the mistakes and lack of customer service.

I needed an emergency root canal and my current dentist could not help so I called Reardon Dental. Julie awnswered ( she was so nice!) and even as a new patient, they were able to see me the next day. Dr. Appelstein did an excellent job with my root canal. I only had a little gum irritation which was expected and was nothing compared to the pain I was in before coming that day and weeks prior! He was super gental. My root canal was all the way in the back, so I know it was hard to reach, but he knew exactly what he was doing. I had almost no pain starting that day and no sensitivity to hot and cold which was amazing! I had been in pain for weeks so it was such a relief! The staff I met were all very nice and easy to talk to !! Ill be coming back!!!

As a 61 year old, Ive been to many dentists. Ive been with Reardon Dental for several years now. This office, and I mean everyone, is top notch. They are professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. My adult daughter has special needs; and the staff goes out of their way to treat her with kindness and respect. They explain everything to her, and reassure her throughout any procedure (even just cleaning). I recently needed a root canal, very unexpectedly, and they were able to fit me in with their endodontist, despite his full schedule that day. The root canal procedure was virtually painless! Thanks especially to Dr. Miller and her dental assistant. The office staff is excellent as well. This is the only dentist I will ever go to again.!

" Lindy was awesome on my last visit. with any business, there will be times when you are short staffed and I can certainly empathize with that. Lindy made me aware of this before she even started with my cleaning and that she may have to step out to service another patient, I was perfectly fine with that. when she was called upon to help with another patient and had to stop in the middle of my cleaning, there was no sense of frustration that I felt from her. it was all business with Lindy and she handled the situation professionally. Id have to say that Reardon Dental has done a great job hiring professional, friendly and courteous staff. I know my family will continue using them for all of our dental needs. "

I had spoken during an earlier appointment about when my little one should start coming to the dentist. Dr. Reardon gave me some guidelines and an approach. Per his suggestion, my daughter (who turned three about two weeks ago) came with me to my appointment to watch. Our AWESOME hygienists walked her through what was happening in terms she could understand and engaged her. When I was finished, she was confident enough to have her appointment. As a busy Mom I am so appreciative they were able to do her quick checkup right then. I was even more appreciative how WONDERFUL everyone was with her and I that she had a great first trip to the dentist! She loved telling everyone about her appointment!

"What an awesome group of professionals; Dr. Reardon really knows how to create an office full of kind, considerate, compassionate and caring employees! It is absolutely amazing how painless injections are! I have been to so many different dentists over the years but never have I had an injection that does not hurt at all! I cant believe they are "pain free" and I was handled so delicately. Now, I have no anxiety going to the dentist because this office truly cares about their patients and makes the experience the most relaxing possible. I highly recommend Dr. Reardon and his staff for any dental needs you might have!"

After a life-long fear of dentists, I was referred to Reardon Dental by a friend. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed by the amazing staff they have and was treated with kindness and respect. I have been treated by Dr. Reardon and also Dr. Nic. They are both awesome! They take the time to explain the options you have and are willing to answer any and all questions you have. Thankfully, my fear of dentistry is a thing of the past. I have recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so at every opportunity. Kudos to everyone there - a very professional and personable group of people!

The staff at Reardon Dental were extremely accommodating to my needs and very supportive. Upon entering the office, I was extremely impressed with how clean and modern it was. They were all very friendly and supportive. I went there because I was experiencing some jaw pain and they took great care of trying to address my concern. They were swift, but thorough, and helped to schedule a follow up appointment that fit my schedule. It feels weird saying Im looking forward to another dentist visit, but thats how Im feeling after my first appointment. Thanks everyone! -Greg Miller

My emergency visit started with Dawn..she was fantastic! Made me feel like I was the only patient she had to deal with even though I know they were busy at the office. Dawn then introduced me to Dr. Price...same feeling. Very professional but, friendly. Going over all my options, etc. Natalie was the next employee I meet and again same feeling...concerned about my well being. Even came back after the procedure to make sure all went well. Nothing you can change....keep up the good work!! I have already referred several people to your practice...I hope they call!
