I really couldnt put "loved it" for 5 stars, because who really loves the dentist. That said, I am new to the area and needed an appt quickly to deal with a dental issue. They were not only accommodating, but everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I was seen that day! I will go back and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. Dr. Alston is professional, compassionate, and seems to enjoy what she does. ALL of the staff are friendly and have the same approach to patient care/customer service. It is a small practice with a good atmosphere. Great job for making a dreaded trip to the dentist not so bad after all.

Called to make appt...they told me they took my insurance...when procedure was done...told me they didnt take my insurance and I had to pay upfront...then the next day the filling fell out...was told they wouldnt change me to put it back in...but they billed my insurance (that they supposedly dont take) 3 month later they send me a bill for for the fallen out filling replacement. (I did not pay this) Do not go to them!
