I would have to say that this office stands out on its own. Everything about it is an A+.. I found open arms atmosphare from the time I entered till the time I left. Lauren was very helpful in explaining what was going to happen at my visit. Also the "bedside" manner of both doctors was exceptional. As I was checking out, Heather went over my treatment plan, soup to nuts. She explained how my insurance works and what too expect as my out of pocket expense. Which in this day and age was very helpful I have been back a few times, I needed to have some work done. Each time I would call I got nothing but a warm and friendly tone from Heather. She would take the time during her very busy day and answer all my questions with what sounded like a smile on her face. Again, when I came in, Lauren treated me as if I was the only patient in the office. If you need a great practice with exceptional help and doctors, this one is an A+ number one choice !

I have been going to Dr. Louick and Dr. Z. since they were in Chadds Ford and I not only am and was a patient of theirs I even worked with them with that being said my family went to several dentist and my daughter was terrified of the dentist UNTIL she met Dr. John!!!! so I would encourage anyone and everyone to change dentist to this office hands down the atmosphere is wonderful from the front desk MRS. Z giving love from the time you step in the office until you are ready to leave. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment and the reminders via, email, text and voicemail are great!!!! I love the front desk staff, the clinical staff and most of ALL Dr. Louick, Dr. Z and Mrs. Dr. Z aka Carol love them!!!!!!!!

Dr. Louick has been my dentist for several years, and I followed him when he opened this new office. I can honestly say that in 29 years of seeing dentists, he is the only one who has never hurt me. I always thought having cavities filled had to hurt at least a little (I have deep grooves in my teeth and have had quite a few cavities over the years), but apparently it doesnt have to hurt . . . they also have this vibrating tool (you cant really feel it vibrating) that they just lightly touch between your teeth and it gets rid of all the plaque, etc., so they dont have to scrape your teeth and gums, which I hate. Basically, overall, I cant recommend the clinic highly enough -- the new office is really nice, too.

This office acts like its patients are "the help." If I were working in this office and my patients were spending $1000 on each of many root canals, I would treat them like gold, especially in a recession. I actually had Heather, a receptionist, scream at me today on the phone and get very fresh with me when I questioned her. Do not go here ever.
