Very nice Stuff, very Professional Office, accepted my Aetna Dental PPO Insurance. Very very negative is they rip you off. Example: i have PPO Insurance and 2 Cleanings free for a year ( paid by my Insurance). They charged me for a Cleaning 70-90 Dollars, because they dont tell you BEFORE that they put some of Treatment into your normal Cleaning what the Insurance dont pay. They dont even let you know before, they clean your tooth and later ..... bang the bill is 70-90 Dollars. Another example: Even Dr. Bartlett is a very nice professional Dentist, when it comes to major Dental Work like a "Root Canal", they call a Specialist into their Office and guess what? The Specialist is not covered by you PPO Insurance and you have to pay full for a Root Canal which is at least 500-700 Dollars. This Office is a nice very professional "Rip Off". Experience this Office for a while until I returned to my former Dentist and pay MUCH less then at the "Dream Smile Center". Again its a Rip off, because in most terms they dont tell you the "Real VIP" Price you have to pay until it is too late. I lost around 500 Dollars with my spouse over 3 years, compare to my former Dentist. I dont need nice Massage Chairs at all. Back to my professional much cheaper Dentist, and Im happy to save $$$$. And let me say even this maybe "legal", I get 2 FREE cleanings with polish ( not deep cleaning) from my former Dentist. My "Root Canal" with my PPO insurance cost me 250 $ compare to the "Specialist " at Dr. Bartletts Office for 700 $ with my insurance. A filling cost me 65 Dollars at my now again Dentist compare to 105 $ with my insurance at Dr. Bartletts Office. A Crown cost me 300$ compare to 450$ at Dr. Bartletts Office. All with my Aetna PPO insurance. So something is wrong here, i even dont get a Treatment plan from nice "Julius" until I especially ask for it. So you can save 1000 of dollars when you go somewhere else. And by the way my (now again) Dentist is professional and honest too. Its a shame that this is "legal" in the USA to steal from your hard earned money. But the most corrupted thing is that "Julius" is not tell you that before Treatment, thats not nice.

My experience with Dr. Jeff Bartlett at Dream Smile Center was one that I need to share with anyone in Ft Lauderdale that is looking for a Family Dentist. I had just moved to Ft Lauderdale with my family and we all needed a dentist, but had no idea where to go. I searched on the Internet for Family Dentists in Ft Lauderdale and after researching my choices, Dr. Bartlett really stood out. He has extensive experience in all of the Dental needs of family. He does everything from Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, and even veneers. I took my family and our first visit was great. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We have been seeing Dr. Bartlett ever since. I would highly recommend Dr. Bartlett to anyone in need of a Dentist in Ft Lauderdale for teeth whitening, veneers, or cosmetic dentistry, as my family has utilized all of these services!!! Thank you Dr. Bartlett for the brightest smiles in Ft Lauderdale!!

Found Dr. Jeffery Bartlett via GroupOn. Met a few nice people: Brittany, Julius, Sylvia, & the Doc (Bartlett). NOW I realize they are nice if they can STEAL from you! ZERO integrity! NONE! Do NOT do business with this ripoff place. They are DISGRACEFUL! Clearly this practice is in business ONLY to steal from people! ABOMINABLE! This practice is receiving a low score because of one HUGE blunder, for ME; DISGRACEFULLY expensive! $800.00 for a cleaning. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Its THEFT! UNACCEPTABLE! Why must ones teeth cleaning cost $800.00? Thats ridiculous! Fillings $350.00 each. Yes, this is the USA and yes, everyone wants to make money; however, these prices are simply greed. Its most UNFORTUNATE for this dental practice. Will NOT be returning to this dental office. Will find another practice that is fair in pricing and not looking to go shopping at Neiman Marcus. Extremely DISAPPOINTING!

I recently went to this office for cleaning in which I particularly asked for the routine cleaning(adult prophylaxis). Nothing in my treatment plan previously stated that periodontal maintenance was required in which I made sure to always ask for. The periodontal maintenance was completed despite them knowing I am still on a 12 month waiting period for such services on my insurance. Nonetheless, I was highly disappointed that not only did I end up paying significantly more for a cleaning that I knew I was not yet qualified for. I do not appreciate offices to do such shady things to patients when I specifically informed of my new insurance and that I was still on a waiting period for certain services.This is such a huge disappointment as I was beginning to enjoy coming to their office.

Ive been to many dentists over the years, and Dr Bartlett ranks with the best Ive seen. Professional, relaxed, competent, and he really knows his stuff. For instance, I had a gold inlay that kept falling out. It was replaced (glued back in) 4 times, by 3 different dentists, including the one who sold it to me originally and each time it came out again, and they wanted to sell me a crown. Dr Bartlett made a minor adjustment before gluing it back in, used a different cement (blacklight activated) and its never come out again. He knows what hes doing, and the 30 + years of experience are invaluable. Hes not the cheapest, but he is really good at what he does, so I will stick with him.

Painless and Pleasurable! Going to Dr. Bartlett is an excellent experience. The minute you walk into their beautiful state of the art office in the Galleria Mall, you feel at ease. The staff is always friendly, warm AND punctual! Everyone remembers me every time I go. Just recently I had to replace a crown and I was nervous! However everyone at Dr. Bartletts office reassured me that it was going to be painless...and it was! I promise! My husband hadnt been to the dentist in 5 years...now he sees Gloria every 4 months for teeth cleanings! I highly recommend Dr. Bartlett and his staff. Your smile will never be more "dreamy"! :)

Having lived in Fort Lauderdale since 2006, Ive tried several dentist in the area. In comparison to my cosmetic dentist back home, I have not found any quality work until I found Dr. Bartlett. The staff is professional, the facility is the best Ive ever seen, and Dr. Bartlett is a world class dentist. All in all, they have more reasonable prices than my old dentist as well. I highly recommend this dentist. I never seem to wait more than a few minutes, but the location in the Galleria is also great because its located right next to covered parking, and its a fun place to go after my dental visit.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Bartlett at Dream Smile Center I want everyone to know. First, let me say this is one of the nicest, most professional, and technologically advanced Fort Lauderdale Dentists Office I have ever been to. I went in for a basic teeth cleaning, and left with invisalign, zoom teeth whitening, and made an appointment for cosmetic veneers!!! I am going to have the straightest and whitest smile in South Florida. Thanks to the Best Denist / Cosmetic Denist and his staff in Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who will listen!!!
