Between physical jobs and desk jobs I have been in & out of Chiro offices for years. It can be a tiring game of trying out offices to see who really cares and who tries to move you through like cattle. It can be a frustrating & expensive process. I came to Lifestyles pretty hopeless and unsure of where I would be physically. It was refreshing that the staff really took the time to understand where I was and what my goals were. They helped me set goals as well which really helped. From the time I walked in the door I was impressed. I was greeted with understanding and was made to feel like part of the family. Very cool! Suzy makes it a great experience each time I call or check in at the front desk. The personal trainers, Grady & Kyle, are awesome! Very professional and extremely educated on the body. They take the time to listen and they teach you how to combat future problems with easy to do stretches & exercises. I was on a short program that got me back in shape and essentially pain free. Dr. Darin is extremely talented and very personable. One of the best Chiropractors I have been to. I now only go once or twice a month for routine maintenance and I couldnt be happier. I Highly recommend Lifestyles Chiropractic. Such a great experience.

I moved to Ft. Myers in May from L.I. I have been a chiropractic patient my entire adult life. Lifestyles was recommended by a friend and I became a patient. Aug. 31st I went to the emergency room and was admitted with bi-lateral pneumonia and a blood clot in the right lung. 1 week in ICU, 2 weeks 2 days in the hospital bed. I was released on a Tuesday and on the table in Lifestyles on Wed. My lower back muscles were swollen and I could not stand or sit for any period of time. Dr. Stokke started treatment and within three visits I was witnessing mobility and reduction in pain. Emil worked the muscles with resistance exercises, each session provided me with relief and more mobility. During the 2nd session I experienced an increase in my lung capacity. Exercises during the stimulation therapy has also made my recovery more rapid. God bless the staff at Lifestyles, they are truly professional, knowledgeable, progressive and true miracle workers. I am much further in my recovery than expected in just 4 visits to Lifestyles.

My husband was the first of us to go to see Dr. Stokke. He had been having arm pain and had been to many chiropractors and also had acupuncture....everyone thinking it was arthritis. On his first visit to Lifestyles they took xrays and had a thorough examination. The xrays revealed a spot on the bone of his arm which was what was causing the pain. Followup with an Orthopedic we found out he had cancer and had to have over 5" of the bone removed and required a shoulder replacement. If we hadnt gone to Lifestyle, Im not sure what my husbands prognosis would be at this time...we are so thankful. So, when I had pain that I could not get rid of for 3 months, I also went to see Dr. Stokke. I am halfway through my treatments and the majority of the pain has subsided...I am confident it will all be gone when I am done. As other reviews have indicated, the entire staff are wonderful....you do truly feel that they all have concern for your well being. I have and will continue to recommend Lifestyles to my friends!

This was my very first experience dealing with a chiropractor in my entire life, and it has been amazing! I have always been kinda scared of chiropractors as i have heard if you choose the wrong one youre in trouble. By the Grace of God I have found the right one!!! I read many great reviews on Google, and now here i am writing one as well! Darin and Suzie have been awesome to work with and they truly do have a family like environment . This is something that cant be faked and is hard to come by in this corporatized greedy world we live in . I messed up my back 5 years ago, and make very little money, so have never had the spare cash to see a chiropractor, until recently where i was both in severe pain as well as had a little extra cash, from a side job i did. They are amazing at what they do and I am truly grateful for finding them. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone i know!

These are men and women who are not just super-friendly and experts in their field, but they do all of it with integrity. As you deal with them on a regular basis, that will become so obvious. They treat you the way you wish every business would. You will feel loved, well-cared-for and special. This isnt just a place where you go to deal with pain issues. Dr. Stokke has talked with me about all kinds of health issues Ive had, and he even gave me a diet plan that he said worked great for him. The same for therapists Kyle and Grady, who gave me tips on my posture and a game plan for returning to golf activities. As far as my back issues go, not everything they did worked initially, but they diligently and thoroughly found the right combination of things that did, and now I only need a monthly maintenance visit. I think you can go into Lifestyles Chiropractic with extreme confidence.

My daughter and I were in a car accident in November 2016. After the accident, we thought we were fine however the pain started to show up a couple days later. I wanted an alternative to a pain management practice so I searched and found Lifestyle Chiropractic. We have been patients of Dr. Stokke since December 2016. We know it can be a slow process recovering from our injuries and the staff at Lifestyle Chiropractic have made this process enjoyable. Dr. Stokke is a very kind and caring doctor that always listens to my needs or concerns. Dr. Stokke supportive staff always greets us with a smile and knows exactly what our manual treatment will be for the day. I know getting hurt is not fun and the recovery process is slow however why not make the process as positive as possible-That is how I feel when I walk into Lifestyle Chiropractic.

I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Darin and all the staff at Lifestyles Chiropractic. Id been to different chiropractors previously, and Lifestyles is bar-none the best. They dont just focus on the immediate problem, but work with you to find long term relief and rehabilitation using personalized treatment plans and therapy. The actual chiropractic care/spinal manipulation is just one part of the services I love; the rehabilitation therapy and coaches are great, and they pay very close attention to ensure you are doing the exercises properly to get the most benefit from them. And the Muscle Energy Technique massage is one of the coolest things ever! Simply put, I could barely move at my first appointment, and they helped me so much. I highly recommend them!

Excellent care from Lifestyles Chiropractic from walking in the door to walking out the door. My husband has been suffering from lower back pain and pain management wanted to inject his spine with steroids. As we are not a fan of injecting anything near the spinal cord, I finally convinced him to see a chiropractor. After researching we decided to try Lifestyles and I can honestly say, he is pain free. Dr. Stokke even fixed his shoulder which my husband never mentioned. It just happened when the Doc was aligning his body, a crack, and pain free in his shoulder now. My husband was taught exercises by the techs there that he does at home to just keep things aligned and this has been so helpful. I would recommend Lifestyles Chiropractic to anyone with muscular pain.
