I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Bayside Hospital for Animals.They have cared for our pug, Zoe, for 12 years and provided outstanding preventative and immediate care for issues ranging from skin problems to digestive issues. Additionally last year, I had to euthanize my 14 year old cat, who could no longer walk without falling over, and the kindness and compassion I received from the staff at the clinic was a God-send during such a difficult period. They came to my home so that my cat, Hatterass, could be comfortable in his own surroundings and peacefully leave us. This year, they have been a part of all the vaccines, flea control, and heath monitoring of your new loves, one adopted cat (3 years old) and one kitten, Brie and Liam. Consistently, the staff shows us kindness, support, and competence while providing the utmost care of our pets. Bayside, you are the best!

In her last year of life, my elderly cat Hannah needed medical care and Bayside provided it with dedicated skill, caring, and professionalism. I made our appointments by phone and was always able to get a date and time that met our needs. The waiting room is pleasant and we were always seen promptly. I say "we" because both Hannah and I were together for her exams and treatments. All of the staff were top-notch professionals and the medical care and advice were the best I could hope for. Sadly, Hannahs medical issue was not one that could be cured, but the Bayside folks helped make her last weeks as comfortable as it was possible be. When the day finally came, I could have asked for no more caring and concerned people to trust Hannahs final moments with. She passed away as I held her tenderly in my arms. Bayside send flowers in her memory.

I have been taking my pets to Bayside for years. In addition to their professionalism, the obvious compassion they show to all animals is heartwarming. The most recent furry addition to my family, Betty JuJu, rescued at 2.5 pounds (now @22.5 lbs), has been seen at Bayside several times since the day "She rescued Me" :). She literally gets excited, wagging her tail, and yelping when we arrive in the parking lot. She enters the clinic with no anxiety or fear, which is apparent that she also feels the love and compassion, especially when she showers the technicians with puppy kisses. ❤️ I highly recommend Bayside Animal Hospital for any of your pet needs, from annual check ups to nail trimmings and anything in between.

Ive been taking my pets to Bayside for over 14 years. Dr. Townsends expertise, knowledge, contacts with vets in other towns/states, and determination to find answers keeps me coming back. If Dr. Townsend is not available, I know I can see another veterinarian as there are several other vets who work at the hospital. Dr. Townsends technicians are compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Some have even told me that Dr. Townsend encourages them to go back to school to take classes to keep updated about the latest in animal science. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful as well. Is it any wonder, that Bayside Hospital for Animals is my #1 choice for my pets?

I have had three pugs and taken them all to Bayside. Each started there as puppies and have grown up to become senior dogs. I have been a client for 17 years. The staff at the front desk are the best - very friendly, professional and caring. The veterinarians have given the best of care and always offered different options for the various issues our pugs have encountered over the years. They even performed what I considered a "miracle" not too long ago when things looked very bleak with our last pug! I am forever grateful to them! The technicians are also very friendly and professional. They definitely care about our pets. I highly recommend Bayside!

We have used Bayside for over 20 years. We previously used another vet in FWB but had a bad experience which, fortunately, led us to the best vet in town!! Weve had nine dogs over the years and have had the usual yearly visits as well as the unwelcomed emergencies. Our “kids” lived long and healthy lives; two lived for 18 years. This is due, in great part, to Dr. Townsend and his knowledgeable and friendly staff! They have treated everything from ear infections to heart failure and cancer. Bayside also helped our babies over Rainbow Bridge when it was time. We feel extremely fortunate to have a clinic with the caliber staff that Bayside provides.

Im writing this review in honor of my little bunny Puffy who left us yesterday morning. We had noticed belabored breathing in our little critter, and Dr. Fannon was able to readily identify an extremely enlarged heart. As a result of her timely diagnosis, we went out of our way to spend as much time as possible with Puffy, before her ultimate demise which occurred barely two weeks after our office visit. Dr. Fannon is an extremely compassionate individual as well as a skilled physician. When the time comes, and we bring a new critter into our home, I would not hesitate to resume our relationship with the Bayside Animal Hospital.

We switched vets to Bayside on a recommendation from our neighbor. Immediately felt welcomed even with 2 crazy puppies coming in for the first time. Makes you feel like a small family owned, not packed to the max like our old vet. The vet techs came in and played with my older dog while the little one was getting checked. Kept me updated the entire time through a lump in our dogs neck. Talked through costs and what our options were. Didnt make me feel pressured. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. We will never switch.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Bayside Hospital for Animals. We had 6 large pooches that were seen by Drs Townsend and Fannon here throughout their lives. The care and compassion of all the staff was nothing short of amazing. We brought our babies there and they were always so well taken care of we never had any doubt that everything possible was being done for them. The entire staff became extended members of our family over the 15+ years we were taking our furry ones to them for their healthcare!

I love Bayside Hospital for Animals! I have to take my elderly cat there every about once every 3 months. Everyone is very friendly and shows true concern for your pet. I am always able to call and get an appt in a timely manner and the service at the hospital is fantastic. They will do everything they can to find out what is wrong with you pet and to treat them the best way possible. I recommend Bayside to anyone in the area who needs a vet for their pet!

Excellent vets and staff. I have used Bayside for ten or more years, they always take great care of my animals. I really appreciate that they did not roll over their customer/patient list to the county when that crazy person from PAWS started demanding names lists. They are committed to your animals and to you. Sometimes a little pricey, but if you want the best you have to pay for it, and they are the best.

Ive been using this vet for over a year now and they have always been friendly, helpful, clean, and fair priced. Ive used a lot of vets over the years and the compassionate care given here is one of the best Ive ever had. I am glad to have found a place to bring my beloved pets to that I know I can always trust. I highly recommend them to everyone whose pets mean more than anything to them.
