I chose Friendship 4 years ago from the list of local vets the emergency clinic provided based on Google reviews. They took amazing care of my terrified cat and tried everything to balance her thyroid. Every test and treatment was always explained thoroughly and they were never pushy for extra tests or treatments. Because of the great care, Ive also used them to board my cats when I travel, especially when my last one was so sick and I had to travel for work. They update me frequently, sent pictures and the cats always come home happy and healthy. I continued to go here when I adopted a dog and I adopted my cat from them. They also recommend a behaviorist, in addition to hand-outs, when the dog I adopted showed serious behavior problems. I take my animals and my service dog to them because they care about helping animals and stay current on treatments and tests. The vets I loved both moved out of the area, but Dr Zorn took their patients and has continued the great care. My only complaints are that they take the animals in the back for almost everything, the prices are high and I dont get any break when I take care of strays. Taking animals in the back for almost everything seems to be common practice in the area, but it made putting my adored cat down much more difficult on us both when they took her in the back to put in a simple IV. The prices are similar to the other good vets in the area and are somewhat expected because they stay so current on treatments, tests and medications. I really miss getting a discount for the strays that I frequently find and help, so Ill have to find another place to take them, but I will continue to take my animals here.

On 1/14/2016 I took my dog Snoopy to the vet, he needed a rabies shot and Bordatella. while there he was diagnosed with an ear infection. Otomax 15G was recommended. It came in a tube 15g and I was to put it in his ear. No other instructions where given. It came with a screw cap which I removed and put the tube in his ear and squeezed, I did not break the seal, so the tube broke at the bottom in my hand. I returned to the Vet and the young lady at the counter was not very sympathetic. She wanted an additional 33.20 for another tube, I felt the least they could do was discount it as they gave no instructions. But their attitude was "Too Bad." I called the manufacturer and they did not understand why they did not just give me another tube. They mailed a replacement tube to the VET and instructed them to return my 33.20 which they did by check on 2/12/2016. I will not be returning to Friendship Animal Hospital because I believe they are indifferent to their customers.

Amazing! I seriously feel like they dont just want your money, they actually care about your animal and try to tell you all you can do to have a happy healthy pet. I had changed vets when I moved an hour north up and my new vet wanted to charge me 250$ deposit just to look at my dogs torn paw pad. I was a regular client at this vet so I couldnt understand the fee. I called my old vet and they were happy to get me in the next day, look at his pad, and get his shots that were due in a few weeks. All for less then I would have paid for a deposit to have them look at my dogs paw at my other vet. They also told me concerns of my dogs weight and looked up the dog food he was on and told me what amount he should get each day and ways to help counter his food begging, because I always felt like he was still hungry, and answered all my questions and concerns!

Friendship is the best veterinary service I have ever experienced. Dr Zorn and staff are top notch! They really care about the animals and take the time to explain any problems your pet is having and give you choices for treatment. I always appreciate the detailed explanation of their diagnosis. If its a mini-emergency or you just dont have time to wait, many times you can drop off your pet and they will call you later for pickup. Dr Zorn has experience with performance dogs which is very important of those of us with "athletic" pets. Highly recommended!

We always see Dr. Habrun with our pets. She is amazing and very understanding. She also gives great advice and is always happy to answer questions. We are military and we are so glad that we found this vet when we moved here. The pricing seems average for a good vet based on our travels, and even less expensive than our previous one. The staff always seems to recognize us and they are understanding. They are also very helpful. For example, they handled my dog for me when I was pregnant and will come get your pets from your car if you need a helping hand.

I had to have a stray cat put to sleep that I had cared for and loved for four months. I did not want her to suffer any more and wanted her journey out of this world to be as pleasant as possible. The entire staff at Friendship were so compassionate and loving, both towards me and "Cat". I had peace knowing she was well taken care of and did not have to have a painful death. They surprised me by making a memorial paw print cast that I have since framed in remembrance of Cat. I am forever grateful and appreciative! The love was felt!

The sincerity of care given by staff and Dr. "B" is so heartwarming. IT never smells disgusting as other vets I have been too - BUT with my pocket book not so big I have loved Friendship Vet. also for the prices! My puppy would have died and he is two years old now because of the cost and the friendship they offered. THE FLEA comment below - NEVER - but possibly you did not have your dog on FLEA TREATMENT - so on that day someone brought a desperate animal in flea infested state of FL. and they were able to hop on your pooch.

Excellent service! Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was in to get my cat declawed and they took excellent care of her. I read a lot of articles of the procedure not being done correctly and causing more issues. Almost a year after and my cat has had no problems or complications. Im happy that I chose Friendship for my cat. I also want to say I called several places for questions about the procedure and Freindship was the only office I was able to get straight forward answers from and in a friendly manner.

I love this vet! I have a nervous German shepherd, as he was in a couple different homes and pounds when I got him. We originally took him to Niceville Animal Clinic, and they were very rude to me and my pup. He was anxious and I felt that their attitude did not help at all. I decided to never go there again, and picked friendship instead. I highly recommend them, they have never made me or my pup feel anything other than completely at ease. They really understand their clientele!
