This establishments priority is taking your money whilst doing it with a smile. Background information: My 2 pets are indoor-only and come from different owners from different states. On my first visit, I was told one of my pets had coccidiosis. Both were treated with their exorbitantly-priced Albon Suspension. (Seriously, look it up.) Also in that visit, I was told that the Advantage Multi would protect against fleas, ticks, and worms. I applied the Advantage Multi to both of my pets a couple of weeks before I revisited the vet. On my second visit, I was told that my pets had worms, in addition to worsening coccidiosis. It was then that I was told that the Advantage Multi is only a "mild de-wormer." This time, my pets were also seen by a different vet who said that both of my pets had immature immune systems. Having fostered several dozen cats and kittens over the years, that was the first time Id heard of that. Also, what are the odds that, despite coming from different cities and owners, both of my pets have an immature immune system? Lastly, I dare you to compare/contrast the prices for spaying/neutering at their location vs. the Humane Society in Bowling Green, KY.

I had been taking my cat to All Creatures since I got her from the Humane Society about 5 years ago. I have had a mix of experiences with them, both good and not so good. Over the last month, my cat became sick so I was in very frequent contact with All Creatures while they ran tests on her and recommended various medications. However, I decided it was time to try a different vet for treating her for a few reasons. I felt the staff and vets are more equipped and preferential to dogs, I felt they became irritated with my multiple questions about how to treat my cats sickness, and lastly, I went on vacation during this time and needed to board her, so I naturally decided to board her with All Creatures. During her stay, the staff called me to ask how my cat was doing with her new medications, as if they had no idea she was staying with them. While they are a decent choice if you are looking for something relatively inexpensive, I do not recommend if you want very attentive care for you pet. Since taking her to a new vet in town, I have noticed a marked difference in how she is has been cared for and will not plan any future visits to All Creatures .

My 15 year old cat started acting odd the day before I left for vacation. It was a Saturday afternoon and all vets in town were closed or already full with emergencies. All Creatures had been recommended to me shortly after moving to Bowling Green but I had never had the need before. I ended up breaking down and calling for an emergency visit since I would be out of town for a week. The doctor called back quickly, answered questions over the phone and set up a time frame to meet her at the office. At no point did she ever make me feel like I was putting her out. She was amazing with my cat and comforting to me. I had to leave my cat there for a few hours and she was ready for me when I was originally told. We set up a follow up appointment at that time. As soon as I got home and opened up the carrier, my kitty was back to her normal full of life self which was a great relief to me! Words cant express how happy I am with All Creatures!

After moving back to Bowling Green after a 4 year absence, I took my Cocker Spaniel to the Vet office i used before i left BG.All the Vets were gone and it was dirty.I took Abby to another Vet office down the street. She had lab work and the Vet said she would call me with the results. Over a week later I had to call her back to get them. She wasnt very friendly and didnt seem to care.Seemed dissention among office staff. I took Abby to Dr. Pat at All Creatures for her annual exam and vaccinations. Very pleased with his explanation of her health. Explained everything very well. Spents a lot of time with her. Dr. Pat was very friendly as was the staff also. It comforting to finally have a Vet home for Abby. I highly reccomend All Creatures! Donnie Beller

I was referred to All Creatures by a friend after adopting a parasite ridden, underweight stray kitten and having an unimpressive experience at Greystone Hospital. Having worked at several different excellent clinics on the west coast, I can say that All Creatures is the first clinic since Ive moved back to Kentucky to impress me. The front and back office staff as well as the vets are knowledgeable, competent, and equally important, have a passion for what they do. Their dedication shows through in their professional conduct as well as the extreme thoroughness of every exam, whether it be routine or of a more serious nature. An added perk is that they actually charge less for many of their services than similar clinics in the Bowling Green area.

I only recently started going to all creatures animal hospital but cant say enough good things so far! I first went when my bird got sick and eventually passed away because someone told me they would see birds. They were nothing but helpful during this process. ...My husband works during the week so I didnt have a choice but to take my cat with my two children (3 yrs old, and 9 months old) with me for her checkup today. I didnt have to assist in any way, and the vet staff carried my cat all the way to the car for me so I could have a hand free for my kids. I felt like they really went above and beyond to help me out. All staff was friendly and explained things well so I could understand them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have never been more pleased with a vets office. When you call the after-hours line, the person who answers is the actual veterinarian (normally you get an answering service or vet tech with other places). Additionally, I love that they dont do unnecessary work. The owner, when consulting with you, will make suggestions and also tell you what is honestly not needed. A lot of other places just try to drive the bill up. The owner is one of the most honest businessmen Ive met in a LONG time.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank All Creatures Animal Hospital for the kindness extended to me when my dog was a patient. All of the staff are knowledgeable and gave excellent care to my pet. All Creatures Animal Hospital is clean, beautifully decorated and has the very best equipment. Probably the best vet Ive ever been to. From all the vets Ive used from Los Angeles to Kentucky, this one has been nothing short of amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time with my dog to get the diagnosis right. A truly blessed place to take your animal when theyre in need. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and of high quality. Dont even think twice, this is the one you want.

My dog was not a patient and did not have a vet in the area. When she needed a vet and they had a full day, they squeezed us in as soon as they could. I called several other vets in BG and they all said it would be days before she could be seen. It turns out she needed emergency surgery, time was of the essence. The vet and entire staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. They saved my dogs life.
