I had the WORST experience with this clinic. I took my cat in because he was having some skin issues, and they charged me $130 just to tell me that they are not going to have the results back for 2-4 weeks for his skin. In the mean time, I was expected to buy over the counter athletes food cream to put on his spots. I have another cat, and I was told to keep my sick cat in a an isolated area away from the family until I get the results. My husband had to beg a week later to get them to finally prescribe him oral medication because his condition was worsening. He is already starting to look better now, but it has been 3 weeks and I still have no results. They refuse to prescribe him or my other cat who could possibly be infected as well until I bring him back to have another sample taken...so yet they want another $130 for my sick cat to prove he is still sick and $130 for my "possibly" infected cat. It is absurd...not to mention the oral medication was $72. My husband had to take it upon himself to research and find the correct medication as well as a lotion and shampoo....so we paid $130 to a vet to take a month to "Maybe" finally have the test results back after he is probably already better. DO NOT go here! They will TAKE your money and leave your animal sick STILL. My poor cat was pitiful!

My 6 yr old Doberman was very sick. Im new to the area and had to take him somewhere. I chose Northside. I appreciate the vet. being honest with me up front that my dog was in trouble. We did the recommended tests and he narrowed down the problem. My dog was terminal. We said our goodbyes as they laid him to rest. Was a very difficult time for us but the staff was caring. About a week later we opened our mailbox to find a sympathy card from Northside with each staff member writing their condolences. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help from a clinic that cares. I only gave 4/5 stars because I felt the bill was a little high for the combination of xrays, heartworm, blood test, and to euthanize totaling over $400. Im not sure if thats average but didnt feel good to walk out leaving behind a best friend and $400. Was a bad day... Overall I cant say it was a "good" experience in my particular case but I do recommend them. I feel that they provide quality care with quality service.

Seems like a great practice. I have taken my 2 pit bulls here on multiple occasions; great prices, friendly staff, and they dont try to slap you with a bunch of unnecessary care if you come in for something specific. I originally brought in my 30lb gamedog to get her leg stitched after she caught it on a fence, they did a great job with the surgery and charged me half as much as other vets in the area. I have since come back for a couple of routine checkups and service has always been great. They are also a good vet to take bully breeds to; they have always been very positive and kind towards my two pit bulls which is not something I can say for all vets I have been to in the past, especially in this area.

These are some of the most genuine and animal loving people I have ever met. They have taken exceptional care of our two dogs and three cats and continue to exceed my wife and Is expectations every time they see our animals. Their prices are very reasonable and they take their time and never seem rushed like most medical practices do. They make you and your pet feel important and do everything they can to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible. No matter which doctor you see - Dr. Atwell, Dr. Puckett, Dr. Jones, or Dr. Hawthorne (with 5 pets, weve seen them all), you can rest assured that your cats and/or dogs are in the best possible care.

This is a fantastic veterinary practice - I cannot praise it highly enough. I brought my Rhodesian Ridgeback during the 2.5 years I lived in the area and was always impressed with their service and expertise. Both Dr Puckett and Dr Atwell are knowledgeable and caring professionals. All the staff is friendly and fantastic as well. Recently I had to move my dog back home to Australia. Dr Puckett helped me work though the numerous tests and paperwork requirements. Her attention to detail and care in getting everything right ensured this complex task was a success. I would highly recommend Northside Veterinary Clinic.

I have had some pretty bad experiences taking my dogs to vets, either the actual vet was bad or they surprised me with a mega bill. Here was a wonderful surprise to what I was expecting, amazing service (they really love animals), super quick, I walked in and was seeing the vet within 10 minutes, and the prices were very fair, no unexpected charges. The vet was great too, very knowledgeable and gentle with my dog, whom had a ear infection. I will definitely be going here from now on, best vet experience ever.

Ive been taking my dog, Mumford, there since he was 8 weeks old. Not only are they some of the friendliest people to work with, but they acknowledge every question, give you great direction on anything youve asked them about, as well as great follow up. I was honestly beyond sad when moving to WA because I had to take him away from this vet. Every doctor is wonderful and treats every dog like theyre the most important patient in the world.

Just got all 4 cats fixed. Very reasonable prices and both vets are great! The staff is incredible, friendly and patient. Leon, the clinic cat is very personable and welcomes everyone each AM. Will be returning now that I am a Crazy Cat Lady as well as recommending this clinic to everyone I know with pets. None of my 4 animals had any problems post-op, woke up quickly and were up to their usual cat mischief within a day or so!

As a first-time customer, I just called for information about flea treatments for my large dog. The staff were incredibly patient and pleasant and explained various options and costs with me over the phone, answering all of my questions along the way. Thats the kind of help that will make me come back!
