We would like to thank Dr. Coles for his years of service to the community & our pets. If you havent met the new vet who has taken over his practice, Dr. Julie, you owe it to yourself & pets to do so. We have a large family of pets & we have had to visit four times plus two follow up appointments over the last six months. Dr. Julie carefully examined them, explained our options & followed up meticulously. The level of care is phenomenal & they take appointments so that your wait is minimized as much as possible. You should know that during our time in the waiting room, we have seen people walk in the door with their pets & demand to be seen while barking words to the office staff such as "Dr. Coles always took walk ins". Respectively folks, Dr. Coles no longer runs the business & it is unfair to the new vet & her staff for people to treat them that way. Recently, when the new lady at the front desk explained to a young couple who walked in asking for information & for their dog to be seen that unfortunately they did not have access to Dr. Coles files & she could schedule them an appointment, they became belligerent then shouted they would go elsewhere & other expletives as they exited the building. Although it was uncomfortable for those of us there waiting, I want to express my gratitude to the staff for respecting our appointment & not letting these folks "bully" their way into being seen before us. Thank you Dr. Julie. Your level of care & compassion, as well as your knowledge, for both our pets & us is appreciated more than words can express.

After having Doc take care of my furry family for several years, I am very happy he has chosen Dr. Julie to open up shop again. Dr. Julie has been awesome. She takes all the time I need to answer questions and give me options for different treatments for my pups, Achilles and Allie. They take appointments, and they take priority, which works great with MY schedule. They also see walk-ins/emergencies, but since those with scheduled appointments take priority, expect to wait a little bit. I cant say enough how much I appreciate the time and care Dr. Julie (and Micaela, the vet tech) takes with me and my loved ones. I dont know how she does everything she does in one day. I would highly recommend going to Countryside if you want excellent care and a great vet.

I drive from Goodlettsville and have been a client for 7 years. I have a feral cat colony of approximately 22 cats in Madison and 3 personal ones. I started going to Dr. Soppe when other vets did not want to deal with my sick or injured feral cats. She did wonders with those terrified animals. I continue to go because she stays abreast of new developments and gives such caring attention to my feline buddies. Rates are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, those factors make it difficult to get appointments! The "first come, first serve" on Saturday morning is very busy. I love and appreciate this staff. They have been so supportive and caring, especially with rescue cats, which are often heart-breaking. I certainly recommend them!

Just moved here from out of town, looking for a vet, had a question and called to find out options for my cat who is destroying our furniture with scratching. They seemed bothered to talk to me, and said thats just behavioral, spray her with a water bottle every time she does it. Thats it. Really?? Thank you. I have been stopping her every time I catch her but thats not working. But had they allowed a discussion they could have found that out. Dont call. They dont want to hear from you.

Thank you Dr. Cole. My Bloodhound became ill on Thursday night. I took her to Dr. Cole on Friday morning. He took his time to explain his findings during the exam. I came home with meds and by Sunday morning she was much improved. A few more days have passed and she is her old self again.

Dr Cole always took the time to get to know me and my animals. He has comforted me thru a couple of deaths and he is amazing. I was devastated when he got sick. I havent been to the new vet but I hope she is more like Dr.Cole than not.
