First of all, they made my three year old and I wait for two hours in the waiting room and skipped us twice. Just let that soak in for a second before you decide to ignore this one star review. I had to go to the desk and remind them that we existed before they came to get us. They lied about offering sedation when i called, because when they took us back to the small, dirty room they informed me that he will just have to tolerate the pain while they work on his mouth. Then this woman refused to get full xrays of his mouth, i had to PROVE he had cavities by showing them his teeth before they would treat him. Then she PICKED UP AND CARRIED my baby away from me and left me in a room with access to their unlocked computer with patient records on it, (a blatent violation of HIPPA). This group of unprofessional, impolite, disrespectful, incompetent "dentist" asshats all need to be fired. This office needs to be visited by the ADA, health department, DCF, and very possibly department of homeland security. Im not sure if any of these "workers" are legal, let alone have the proper certifications to be practicing dentistry. They have no licensure posted, no certifications on the wall, i cant even tell who is the dentist, who is the dental assistant, and who is the front desk staff- they all look the same. I feel like i need a tetanus shot just sitting here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This entire staff is a group of slack-jawed, imbred, inept, unskilled, inexpert, amateurish, bungling, blundering, clumsy, inadequate, substandard, inferior, ineffective, deficient, inefficient, ineffectual, lacking, incapable, unfit, unqualified; informaluseless, pathetic, ham-fisted group of people i have ever met in my life. You would have better luck letting a McDonalds employee take a stab at working in your mouth. I think I have made myself clear, if you read this review and still decide to attempt to get service at this "office", youll be just as pissed. All i ask is that you leave a review of your atrocious experience as well to help any potential victims from this abysmal excuse for a dentist.

If I could get away with giving this office no stars, that is what I would give this office!!! They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. First I call to get an appointment and drive over an hour to get there to be told they can only see one of my daughters. My other daughters insurance isn’t taken there on Mondays. Well when I called I gave them both of their insurance information to make sure it was accepted so why was I scheduled then. My one daughter is seen and is scheduled for a filling the same day. The assistant had to leave the room many times before the procedure to get proper equipment because it either wasn’t the right equipment or it didn’t work. Finally when it is all set up they proceed to do my 4 yr olds filling with no numbing medicine. She is in so much pain during the procedure she throws up. I was so scared for her life at this point because they keep her laying down and they were not trying to suction the vomit out of her mouth, I was afraid she was going to aspirate on her vomit because she was crying and choking. The dentist was so agitated that she was upset that he was shaking his hands in an agitated manner over her head. Meanwhile my 6 yr old is present for all of this. She was so shaken by this experience she told me “she couldn’t take it anymore!” So now I have a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old that never want to go to a dentist again. Another very unprofessional act that was done was they kept speaking in Spanish where you couldn’t understand what they were saying. This was done more than once while we there. I will not ever go here again and for the safety of everyone I will spread the word to everyone I know in hopes they will continue to spread the word even further.

The worst place to take your kid, scheduling few patients at the same time and than you have to wait for hours, I waited yesterday for a hours and didnt even got called, I asked and they said there is still another patient ahead of you, so I had to cancel the appointment and asked them to give me a good time so they said 1:00pm I got an appointment for 1:00pm the next day, its 2:10 and we are still waiting for the doctor to be done with another patient, the front desk says that its company policy to schedule at least 3 patients at a time and sometime Dr will behind from the morning so its not possible to see a patient on the time given, if its your only choice look for an alternative and dont get stressed at this clinic

WORST DENTIST EVER! Every time I go there, its a bad experience. I always have to wait 2 hours just so they can do an x-ray and reschedule the actual operation! Next time I go there, theres some excuse for them to x-ray and reschedule again! This time, I schedule the appointment early, at 9:00, and to my surprise, five other people were scheduled at the same time! Naturally, that would be ok, but not with only ONE DENTIST! To top it all of, a few minutes before I walked in the place a virus froze the computers. We waited a whole hour just to... RESCHEDULE AGAIN!

Staff unprofessional. Ive been there multiple times and Ive had to wait 2 plus hours for my appointment. This time I made appointment to get my daughters two cavities done the whole reason for the appointment. The lady came out and tells me that oh your daughter has two cavities we need to schedule her appointment to get them fixed. I said I already knew that, was the whole point of this appointment. She said Im sorry youre going to have to reschedule its too late now to do it... This place is a joke..... Do not come here

Horrible all around. Waited two hours. Was referred therefor fillings for two of my children. Didnt get fillings at appointment and the dentist claimed my son didnt have any even though he has FIVE. Doctor didnt even bother to say a single word to me - not even hello. They tried to refer me to put my daughter to sleep to get fillings and were dumbfounded whens i said NO. Horrible all around. Dumbfounded this place is allowed to exist and heartbroken for families who have no choice but to be seen here. Unacceptable.

They were absolutely wonderful with my 3 year old! The wait time is long, but they were one of the only places that would use laughing gas. I didnt feel comfortable using full anistesia for dental work on a 3 year old, and they gave me a great alternative. My son was completely comfortable and didnt even cry. They also give the kids a coin to get a prize at the end of their visit, which makes it fun. Not to mention, the waiting room is decorated like a jungle, so the kids enjoy that and the TVs.

I decided to try the DuPont location instead of the north side office, hoping it would be a better experience. The only reason that I gave them a 2 is the staff is pleasant. However, both location have abnormally long wait times! The north side office I waited 6 hours. That was my last appointment there. We had a early morning appointment taNow at the DuPont location, I am going into our 3rd hour and my son still has not been seen yet. This will be our last appointment with this company.
