This was one of the WORST experiences I had at any professional practice PERIOD! To start, I had an appointment to have my teeth pulled/ minor surgery at 2:00 pm. I was not able to see a dentist until 7:00, hours after closing. Dr. Walker proceeded to tell me that the reason I was not seen is because the other doctor had no idea to the type of extraction I needed. All seemed to go well after I was finally seen until my follow up visit. I was in extreme pain because I had four teeth pulled, stitches in all of the holes, and a dry socket. When I arrived I asked the lady at the desk how long it would be this time because I was getting married the following day and I had a nail appointment later that evening and I quickly explained to her how long I waited last time. She responded with a very rude "AND?!" She proceeded to argue with me like we were at some bar rather than a dentist office (mind you I am on pain killers, a day away from getting married and in extreme pain at this time). I was seconds away from crying when I took my seat. Things only got worse when the dentist proceeded to scold me in front of the staff because he said that I was rude because I should not have said anything about the wait the last time because other patients would take it the wrong way. The hole time he was looking at my teeth he quoted bible scriptures to me. Granted I am Christian, but that was one of the most horrendous and unprofessional experiences I have EVER had with ANYONE period. Even the pizza guy acts more appropriate than these dentists and their staff. It is sickening. He is lucky I did not report him.

I PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT PUT ZERO STARS ....LET ME START WITH THIS ; THE DR IS GHETTO, THE STAFF IS GHETTO EVERYONE THERE IS GHETTO. : First of all let me start with this : I work in a doctor office and I think I know enough about customer service skills When I first got there it was 4;45 , at 5pm there was still patients in the office; a young lady came out and tried to turn the TV off and said "Are Yall watching " I thought nobody was watching EUH !! excuse me ?? how rude !! ... I went to this place 6 month ago to get a cleaning.... had an X-Ray; bla bla bla .. saw the doctor, have 1 rotten tooth yes I know, I need to take it out bla bla bla Went back today, and the "doctor" force me to get an X-ray, I say no, I dont want to be exposed to so much radiations; bla bla bla ... The doctor get furious, start to tell me Im not a scientist, what do i know about radiation ... telling me Im getting half of the exam ... so furious and so rude, yelling and talking to me like im a piece of s*** Bottom line is he just lost 10 patients, me and my family, my neighbors . And I will keep on spreading the word in Cleveland Heights; giving away flyers to parents in my kids school to stay away from this garbage "office"

My very first visit with this dental practice went well. However, upon returning for further dental treatment I was given very rude customer service over the phone when calling to reschedule an appointment. Also, in the lobby of the practice is a giant sign on the wall that clearly states patients rights and responsibilities. In an attempt to exercise the right to report matters concerning my health and dental care needs, the staff was very resistant to my request to leave a message for the dentist and I never received a call back from the dentists office. The staff was rude. I have been with another dentist my entire lifetime and only recently had to change due to insurance reasons. I would highly NOT recommend this office to anyone. As a health care professional myself I know the importance of delivering quality care and service to patients, and I am very displeased with this practice.

I called to make an appointment after receiving a flyer in the mail. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and was transferred to another receptionist and got an answering machine. I called back again to let them know and the woman told me that they were short handed. I told them that I thought it was not good that they couldnt just make an apointment for me as a new customer. I then asked if she could just make the appointment for me and she said no and hung up. This was most unprofessional and I was very surprised that I wasnt treated with more courtesy.

This was one of the best visits to the dentist I have ever had. I went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was extremely nervous and very scared. I had Dr. Walker as my dentist and he was extremely comforting. My family and I will continue to go to him for as long as he is there. I was having a panic attack and he helped me calmn down immediately. The dentist was the last place I thought I would learn some amazing life lessons and useful ways to cope with fear. Thank you Dr. Walker! Your the Best!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr.Walker.Hes the best dentist Ive ever had.I was so scared,he made me forget about being scared.Now as for the front desk staff,horrible.They are rude,tacky,and show that they are not professional at all.Who ever owns this practice should look at his front office staff,because they will be the downfall of a great practice.

I been there for years and had great customer service but, since its been new people in the office its been terrible. They are very rude no patience, and very disrespectful. My father took his paper work and left he was very disappointed. I wrote this for my father who was driving.

Dr. Joseph Walker works well with children. My daughter is 16 yrs old she had (4) wisdom teeth removed at one time. She was nervous and extremely sensitive to pain. Dr. Walker was attentive, patient and kind with her. Thank you so much M. Carothers
