Horrible practice since Dr Surowitz left. Ive never met the new doctor but they insist I come in before refilling Rxs again. I am gone for 2 months so I have to go without medicines that I have taken for years. I was there in February to see Andrea Perry but they have no record of that visit and she is gone. My insurance company says that there is no requirement that makes me go back for refills of common maintenance meds. They should be 12 months refills. I guess it is all about the $$$$ Sad.

My contact has been with Dr. Gorman, his assistant Patrick, front desk staff, such as Lindsey, and the folks in Physical Therapy: Sarah, Jacqui, and Brian. All have been professional, intuitive, and incredibly helpful. Physical therapy can be a lot of things, and the staff in that area works with you so you understand the challenges, dont work beyond your capabilities, and become aware -in a good way - of the healing process.
