The clinic is ok and you are seen very quickly. Doctors are competent and efficient but sort of treat you like cattle to be pushed through as fast as possible. Im not sure if anyone there really recognizes you as a person because you are just another face in the crowd. But the real tragedy of this clinic is the billing, which isnt really done there on-site but is handled by Novants central office. Thats where you will get everything screwed up and youll be on the phone for hours and hours trying to get everything straighted out. Its a shame. It really ruins how I feel about this clinic and makes me want to look elsewhere. )-:

Best medical experience I have ever encountered. Terry Deakle is the most caring, patient doctor I have ever had. Not only is he caring about my health, he takes time with me, considering my financial situation and medications, my personal problems, he knows my history, all around the best doctor Ive ever had. The staff is always kind and considerate. I would highly recommend Clemmons Novant Family Medicine and Terry Deakle PA to anyone wanting a great experience going to the doctors. I absolutely love my PA-C, Jennifer Howell, she is the best! Every time Ive had to go and she was unavailable, all of the other physicians that I saw were awesome. Everyone is punctual, pleasant, and competent. I also really love their phlebotomist. I have a fear of getting blood drawn and she will do whatever it takes to make the experience tolerable. Great medical staff!
