I have been a patient of Ardmore Family Practice for about a year. On my first visit, the doctor knew considerably less about my medication than I did. She consulted her palm pilot to tell me even the most basic information. More recently, I needed a medication while on vacation. It was a medication that they renew for me annually, but I had forgotten it at home. All I needed was for them to make a phone call to a local pharmacy to get a 2 day supply but they wouldnt do it, she tersely informed me "because they dont make calls on Saturdays." They said they couldnt do it till Monday even after I informed them I get sick when I miss even a days worth of my medication. Luckily my old doctor, who origionaly wrote the perscription came through for me and made the phone call. It took my old doctor less than five minutes. I refuse to put up with poor customer service. My first order of business when I get back from vacation is to change doctors.

Starting 12 years ago, he delivered 2 out of my 3 children. (he was on vacation for the last one!) He is very personable, fun and to the point. I will never forget when my oldest son was born, the first thing out of my mouth...was "look at his nose" (his nose was nearly flattened by being in the birth canal after a long labor) Anyway, Dr. Rosen replied... "Well, look at the noses he had to pick from!" Indicating that neither I nor my sons father had perfect noses ourselves. We all got a big laugh out of it, and as you can see, was a memory we will never forget. Hes a great doctor and is highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Doctor Rosen for Thirty one years,I guess you could say I like him He was my husband Doctor until he passed away,,he knows what he is doing and if he dont he will go back to school to learn about it I think there is no other DR. but him

Bee going to Dr Rosen for over 12 years he delivered all 3 of my children and is all of their pediatrician love this doctor !!!!!!
