I dont like doctors’ visits, but I have to admit it; when I came in to this facility everyone is very polite.There are days were the facility is very crowded, but they always treated me with respect, care, and shows good manners. Also if I called them they always spoke to me in a nice tone on the phone and acted like they really care about my health situation, answer all my questions. Ive been several times, I am very blessed person; and I can tell you one thing Total Family Care of WS. had been my primary doctor service provider for years, I am very pleased with my doctors( Hilton, Pascal, Nancy++++) they are amazing team . My advice: If you are looking for a good and caring team to care for your Health need. Please try Total Family Care of WS.

I decided to try this place because I am new in town. Let me just say they are terrible. I scheduled a physical three months in advance and got up super early on the day it arrived just to find out I had been "bumped" because the doctor was out of town. They didnt call me at all and when I came in the nurse said I should have received a letter letting me know that. No letter either. The nurses are very rude. They spoke to me in a rude tone on the phone and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about when I asked them questions. Ive been there twice and they have only been my primary doctor for three months but I will never go there again. Ive never been treated so badly by a doctor ever. my advice: just stay away

I absolutely love Dr. Lischke and the office staff! I recommended my mother and she also loves Dr. Lischke. I hope we get to grow old together. I trust her and appreciate her. Thank you Dr. Lischke

All experiences have been great, Ive gone for 10 plus years. I even switched my children from their pediatrician to Dr. Lischke because of the care she provides.
