I cannot say enough nice things about this place. My husband and I were in search of a new pediatrician due to lack of service and consideration not from doctor but staff and environment. We called and got an appointment right away. We walked in and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming, looked you in the eye and explained everything nicely. Nurses were incredibly sympathetic and caring with my son. Dr. George is in my opinion the best. She stood and answered every question we had that hadnt been answered at the other office. Even now as Im writing this I am so happy. I just called the after hours line concerned about my sons crying fits. I want contacted by a nurse who answered every question, who gave me advice but also called and put a request for an appointment TOMORROW and put me through to the on call doctor at the office just to ease my worries and concerns. They called within the 20 minutes they said they would, very impressed. This office gives you a packet with babys hight, weight and length every month for record or your baby book, along with a packet for the month your child is in (a "what to expect" in this month packet) All in all, highly recommend this office. You get the best care and you wont leave feeling unappreciated or lost.

Lake Mary office - Forget about your service. At the least, take the call to register new patients. I called atleast 5 times to get hold of someone to register my son to your facility. Every time, the call either goes to voice message or someone intentionally hangs up the call. If your service so horrible even before someone starts at your practice, what is use of having open house for new patients. Horrible.

We love Dr. Lutz. Easy to get in same day for sick kids. Been going since 2010. Great with our kids. Sometimes have to wait longer then 30 min to be seen.

We <3 Central FL Pediatrics. My 2 and 14 year old have been going here since January 2014. Very friendly and quick. Were always in and out within an hour.

We have been taking our daughter to CFL Pediatrics since she was born. Absolutely love the doctors here, especially Dr. Lutz!
