SINGLE FATHERS BEWARE, a few problems I have, Not only do they favor the mother (staff and Doctors are all women) but they know the issues Fathers have and they could careless about making a Legal FATHER who has established paternity aware of their Childs appointments. They can sure come up with excuses, and I dont buy them. I have asked 3 times ( different visits) to make sure that I receive a courtesy call prior to our childs appointment (which they do To The parents that Referred me to Dr Marcus ), And still nothing. TO top that I receive a email asking me how my experience was at the visit, thanks a million for that, which is why a 1 star, as I never went to a appointment. I have reached out to Corporate and " SUSAN" is supposed to be calling me back and still nothing. Which is why this review was written. This 1 star Rating is not on the Ability Of Dr MArcus to Diagnose and Treat but a complaint about her office Management/ Admin staff that are in place to prevent issues and handle their clients needs when it comes to Setting up times and Follow up ect ... The Admin Staff did nothing to address concerns. For all I know My child could have a serious health issue but no communication is being made. Shame

We have had Dr Marcus for both our boy now 17 and girl now 15 for over 10 years, Dr Marcus is a caring and patient physician who has always been courteous , competent and professional. We have never had any issues with her office staff either. I strongly recommend her ,

Dr Marcus has been my daugthers pediatrician from the day she was born. Excellent office, no issues, receptionist, nurses and Physicians. Will recommend.
