They are the worst. The most incompetent staff Ive ever run across for a Doctors office. Ive been trying to get my sons medical records for almost 4 months. Its a constant back & forth with them. You would think my simple request was rocket science!! Its like no one has understanding and I cant reach the Oz behind the curtain. Ive had to explain my request to about 5 different ppl at this office. They are not in compliance with HIPPA rules & regs. They wont send resend the 4 page record to my sons current Dr after explaining they did not receive it. They keep harping about the confirmation. JUST RESEND IT!! But instead I asked them to send to me. Their trying to charge me $30 for 4 pages I said NO WAY. Then they came back and said "Ok $15". WTH? Just making up fees? Im over these people! Ive filed 1 complaint with the DOH and Im about to file a 2nd. Negligent irresponsible office. My son needs his shots!! HEADACHE!!!

I went to Dr Aliya for my child for almost 2 years and it was absolutely ridiculous how she treated her patients. Average wait (WITH an appointment) was between 1 and 2 hours (closer to 2 hours). Even once you are inside the exam room with your kid, there is another waiting period of 30-45 minutes. Patients are always lined up in her office and more recently, even with the recent expansion of waiting area, you would almost always see people standing due to overcrowded office and lack of seats. Absolutely no regard for patients time. Their receptionists are also rude. 3 hours waiting period on my last visit was just too much and Im not going back to her again.

This is the worst Doctor I have ever been too. I would not refer her to anyone, in fact. I would say, never go here. She sets appointments for any and everything. She required an appointment just to pick up shot records for my childrens school and they are not due shots for some years. Even when we went for shots, she always sets an appt 2 weeks after to "check up". I understand protocol for illness, but I know just plain greedy when I see it. She wants appts just to get paid by insurance. We are changing her asap and never returning. And not to mention, she never quite has helped my child through their sickness and shes rude and not personable at all.

Horrible, their office visits used to be $75 and in 4 years have jumped up to $200 per visit. New office staff every 2 or 3 months, You wait an hour to be seen and the doctor spends less than 5 minutes with your kid. Must be nice getting $200 for 5 minutes of work. They dont give you copies of any paperwork without charging you for an office visit of $200. Complete rip off.

I used to take my 3 children to Dr. Sweet baum before she turn office over to Dr.Asad And I agree the wait is so much longer now and the and one of the girls working in the office is disgusting and rude. This place went from a five star to a one star and it will never return into a five star unless BIG BIG changes are made

We have been seeing Dr. Asad for more than 10 years. Every doctors office Ive been to make you wait and goes quickly. I feel very conforted that my daughter, with autism, has had this consistency in her life. Dr. Asad has always been kind and gentle. Shes always friendly and gives us a warm welcome.

In my 50 years of seeing doctors I have never seen such a bad doctor. She is rude, she is cold hearted, she is a robot.She rushed through my son and was done within seconds. Never experienced such thing in my life. Terrible doctor. I will NEVER go back. Wouldnt even send my worst enemy there.

Worst office I have ever been to! Spent $200 for 5 mins. Dr. Asad did not allow my to speak at all regarding my little sisters issues. We accomplished nothing for $200. She needs her license revoked. Bad attitude. Waste of money
